but c-interactive has improved by leaps and bounds since it started selling dvds..........dati iniwasan at binabasura ang releases nila ngayon worth keeping na rin.though not yet as good as the warner classics and other special editions by the other companies

Did anyone buy "The Cave" or "Unleashed"? The features kasi look okay (Unleashed I think has a DTS track). Are these DVD9? How's the picture and sound quality? TIA!

I bought the Butterfly Effect for P150 about 2 weeks ago. It was a 2 Disc edition, the first disc was the theatrical version of the film, and on the second disc, the directors cut. The PQ and AQ was pretty much ok for my taste, although it does not have any subtitles. It was quite a steal, IMHO.

I have "Unleashed" and I would say the PQ and AQ are pretty much ok

I did not check if it's DVD9 although I got it if I am not mistaken for 199

C-Interactive has not released a DVD9 before. Correct me if I'm wrong though. The only exception could be the direct R1 import of the LOTR series.

i bought this also but me problem ako sa "Two Towers"... yung transfer nya from one chapter to another mejo bumabagal... ayaw naman palitan nung binilan ko.. player ko daw me deperensya...

e bat yung "fellowship and return of" ala naman ako problema... grrr

para nde OT,

i bought a number ng C-Interactive Titles.. ok naman kaso bigla silang nag release yun Warner ng imported R3 for P333 shucks... kung alam ko lang....

So far Phantom of the Opera lang ang nabili ko na c interactive. Got it during the sale.

Had to replace it three times before getting a good copy. Yung mga nauna ko kasing nakuha eh meron mga chapters na walang sound, the others bumabagal sa ibang chapters.

Okey na rin ang price nya kasi nga mababa na rin naman.

A walk to remember - but will replace it with R1 as the PQ is not good

Notebook - gave it to my in-laws damn thing seems to go through a layer change at the beginning of every chapter

Just got Alexander 2 disc widescreen. I recall seeing it at 299 SALE but I got it at 350 thinking it was still on sale.

Oh well, hope it's not entirely a bad call at the moment.

Alexander 2 disc is c interactive? just got it for 299 and watched it...malinaw! havnt checked the other features on the 2nd disc though.

i got wedding crashers as well (not watched yet) and 2 movies for 150 yesterday...skycaptain and something else both widescreen and unwatched.

C Interactive titles are very sharp on most small to mid-size TV, I can't vouch for higher sized screen since my unit is just 32". Even if they are DVD5, they often include a plethora of features, rivaling R1 on those. Some are even DTS.

However, there had been reports of skipping or discs that become unplayable after a few views, but those have not been reported lately...

As I often said, if it plays perfectly, C Interactive titles are really bang-for-the buck. But for huge titles, that I want to future-proof (ie expect to watch again in 10 years), I often get the R1 version too...

I know someone who has all the extended versions of LOTR and is curious about the regular versions...He wants to know if the R3s are good enough to add to his collection of LOTR DVDs.
