Just to clarify a point that was raised: the label on the replacement disc is specific to the steel case ultimate collection version, not the 2000 release.

Due to concerns raised on this thread, Warner is reconsidering its decision to limit replacements to its Ortigas office. They're talking to Astro now to work out some sort of arrangement in key branches regardless of where you bought it. Again, the only requirement is to bring the damaged disc.

You'll have to PM me again though so we can speed this up, but please follow the following format:
PinoyDVD username
Real name
Email address
Contact Number(s)
Preferred Astro pick-up branch (if not ordered online)

Kindly indicate if you ordered online via PinoyDVD.biz so we can make the necessary arranagements with the online store.

Open your copy in the store. New stocks are already fine as per Warner, but chances of picking up one of the older boxes is possible. Particularly during sales.

Dave,

Thanks so much for coordinating in our behalf. WAY TO GO!!!

But the next step would be coming from WARNER itself!

I just called Trinoma Astrovision (w/c was my preferred place of pick-up), It seems the communication between the WARNER office and their reps/branch is quite poor

. I assumed that it would be smooth to have the disc replaced. I was expecting it to be like the BLURAY POTC: 1 replacement program from Buena Vista. The disc was mailed to me a month after from the US. The disc came in a bubblewrap enclosed in a non static paper and was MINT!

Apparently the disc replacement would be coming from their in store stock and not individual discs from WARNER. This is why they were asking me if I bought it from Trinoma. I even endorsed to the WARNER rep about the replacement program coordinated by Sir Dave. I hope WARNER will look into this to make things easier for us customers.
