your screen caps doesn't do it justice sir. hehe. i agree that the blu ray of blad runner is a top notch transfer. I still don't get how this movie grew to have a cult following though.

another movie which deserves high praise is The Sound of Music. The transfer should also be a good example as to how Blu-rays improve old movies. There's just so much more detail when you jump from 480p to 1080p.

Still an entertaining Jackie Chan movie with some creative fights scenes as usual. If you're a hardcore Jackie fan, you might be "bitin" on the action but you'll enjoy nonetheless. My only disappointment is the lack of action scenes from Lucy Liu. We all know Lucy can kick some ass so it's a letdown she didn't have much in the movie.

PQ is very good and the audio is outstanding. It's funny why this German Edition (region free) spelled it "Shang High Noon"

Dreamworks Spooky Stories- a compilation of Halloween themed shorts from Dreamworks animation which we have loved watching. Shrek's Scared Shrekless starts with a Thriller parody which was enjoyable specially those who lived the MJ era followed by The Pig Who Cried Werewolf. Monsters vs Aliens had some of its own - Attack of the Mutant Pumpkins & Night of the Living Carrots. This BD delivers the same astounding PQ as the original movies and since they are only shorts, the kids don't get tired watching them.
