its about our players being multi region.
Ive read in the net that R1 RCE DVD will scan your player and if it conclude that your player is a multi region it wont let the player play the disc...
what will happen if phil R3 also have RCE? then even locally acquired DVD players which is multi region or converted R3 player, Cant play the disc?
