Amazon has a comprehensive customer support/policies in case of damage or lost. this, i must say, is enough reason to shop at amazon. if you shop with other online stores, most likely, your package would be charged with customs tax as well.

I ordered 4 DVDs on Amazon.com just today (February 8, 2006), with a grand total of $49.87.

Delivery estimate is March 20, 2006-April 4, 2006. Does this really take this long to arrive? or any chance that this will arrive earlier? I also live in Parañaque, so does this mean that i have to go through my PO to get my package? I keep on reading this Royal Logistics delivery right on your doorstep, does my package qualify for direct shipping?

Amazon.com/Royale Logistics just broke their record shipping time with me. I received a couple of boxes within 7 days of ordering.

Shipments used to arrive between 10-15 days. The longest delivery time i experienced was 24 days.

Mine, too! My Jan. 31 order got shipped Feb 1 and arrived Feb. 7! BTW, this is just my 4th order since I tried ordering from here in Manila last November. Previous 3 orders arrived after 2 weeks from shipping date.

Just want to post an update on my order from amazon.com

My 4 DVDs where split into two shipments, both shipped on February 10, 2006.
Delivery estimate for both packages is February 27, 2006 - March 8, 2006. Hope to get these judt in time for my birthday, or even earlier.

Is this your first time to order? if you're unsure whether royale will deliver to your doorstep, the package might be waiting in the PO.

In Amazon.com, once international orders have been shipped from their end, the order is considered Completed (in the absence of tracking).

wrAth / Edu. Your one lucky guy. My ordered are split. Sometimes with Royal Logistics But always at our local customs office. My shortest is also within 6 or 7 days. I still have Dec 28 shipped not yet arrived.

i ordered a matrix ten disc collection through amazon, when it arrived, the case has some cracks on it...wrote amazon about it, and they refunded the collection....

from experience, Amazon will give you a refund on the items just as easily.

Feb. 8 ka pa nag-order riverfan? Nag-order ako sa Amazon last February 13 and I got the package last February 25. Almost 2 weeks mabilis pag galing Royale Logistics... baka nasa local PO nga yung sayo.. sana walang tax

Since my last post, i waited patiently for my orders. wala pa din. So, i called Parañaque Post Office to inquire, i spoke to a certain Aida, i told her about the delivery date and where it was from and the address to where it was suppose to be delivered, i told her that i never received a parcel notice. she even asked for my home phone number, she graciously said that i will receive a call back. This was two days ago. Up to now, no call back.

Ill call again today. Pagwala pa rin pupuntahan ko na.

To those who has a similar plight as i am and wants to know the phone number of Parañaque PO, here it is...
