I think they are working from Five Ecom Center (SM MOA Complex, Pasay).

Medyo kupal kausap yun customer service ng India. They sent me the wrong item pero ako ang sinisisi.

Ah yeah, true. and they push back. sadly, mas madalas sa kanila mapunta ang mga chat sessions. I think this is by design for international orders lalo pag galing dito sa atin since may centers sila dito.

You know, like to avoid fraud etc.

anyone tried shopping at Amazon UK and have the items delivered here in the Philippines? same experience ba compared to Amazon in US in terms of shipping cost and delivery date?

For me most of the time Amazon UK comes out cheaper compared to Amazon US. Delivery time is almost the same.

Kaka order ko pa lang bro kaninang umaga tapos package shipped na ngayon. December 17 ang dating sa tracking. Nakapag refund ka nung hindi dumating yung sa APEX?

^ah sorry, i thought na order mo na at 2 weeks na hindi pa dumating yung item. kaka-order mo lang pala. estimate lang naman yung delivery dates na indicated. 10 days normally inaabot.

No problems with refunds naman.

Ordered a jacket from Amazon US last Black Friday ........... as per their tracking, it was supposed to come Dec. 18.

I spent almost the whole day yesterday in the airport, fetching relatives ............ earlier this morning, I got an email from Amazon, notifying me that their records show, that I have already received my item & I should use/review it the soonest.

The last update when I dig into their tracking tool, was on Dec. 9 (Package transferred to local postal carrier for final delivery).

What gives? May local office ba ang APEX dito? (Sorry no time to backread).

^They pass it over to local couriers bro. last few orders i had was made by Ninjavan ata. can't remember. send Amazon an email via app na para documented.

naka 3 order ako last month na deliver 10 days yung medyo mabigat. Ninjavan lahat ang nag deliver. nag text din naman bago nag deliver.
