I'd just like to make a testament to sir Jeff's after sales service.
My TV suddenly displayed everything in shades of red! (purchased 1/02/2008). Called up Stop, Look & Listen, they told me they could visit me tom. or I could bring the unit over today. Since it was Sunday, I decided to make a quick trip to Rob Pioneer. They viewed the unit, saw it was really bad then issued me a brand new replacement no hassle, no extra cost, no questions whatsoever!
That's what you call after sales service!
My dad was really impressed with what happened! I'm egging him to replace the RPTV in the TV room and I think it's becoming much more difficult to say no!
