Available pa rin ho ba yung PS3 presently ? Is the price still the same ? Is this unit converted already and can play downloaded games and all kinds of DVD discs, original or not, region free, aside form blue ray discs. ? How many controllers and are they dual shock ? Why is the warranty for 1 week only ?

Mag-iisang taon na simula ng sumakit ang ulo namin sa store mo. Hindi ko alam kung unaware ka sa diskarte ng mga empleyado mo. Hindi ko rin alam kung magkano ba ang dapat naming bilhin para matrato kami ng tama at maayos. Hindi naman siguro barya yung ipinasok naming negosyo sa store mo (at hindi kami mayaman kaya bawa't piso importante samin), at ni minsan hindi ka nabitin samin sa bayad. Napakasama ng customer service niyo, at palalampasin ko na sana kung hindi lang ako dinali ulit ng empleyado mo ngayun ngayon lang.

1. Nung bumili kami last year, kahit bayad na lahat ng items, matindi ang delay na inabot namin. Isipin mo naman, kami pa ang humabol sa store mo para ideliver yung items na dapat naman ay nasa amin na talaga. Ito kasi ang problema diyan, nagbigay kayo ng date/commitment na hindi niyo naman pala kaya. Wala namang nagsabi sa inyo na ideliver niyo ng ganito o ganyang araw, sa bibig niyo mismo nanggaling iyon, tapos kapag hapon na at wala parin, wala man lang kayong courtesy na tawagan yung customer niyo na hindi kayo makararating. Sinayang niyo na nga ang oras namin, kami pa ang tumawag. Simula noon, mahigit anim na beses ng nangyari ito.

2. Nung naawa/nahiya na kayo samin at idineliver niyo na yung apat na theater seats, ang sabi ng mga empleyado mo: "Babalik lang po kami ng Trinoma kasi naiwan namin yung mga screw, saglit lang." Ang problema, since hindi pa tapos yung bahay, hindi lang sila ang magtratrabaho nun, so sira nanaman yung schedule. Wala naman kaming magagawa, saka malapit lang naman ang Trinoma samin, so ok lang. Around 11 A.M. iyon (kahit 9:00 A.M. ang pangako niyo), pero around 4 P.M. na ng hapon wala parin sila. Tumawag kami sa store mo, at hindi alam nung nakasagot nasaan na ba yung mga nagdeliver samin. Magrereturn call daw after a few minutes, pero as usual walang dumating, so kami ulit ang tumawag. Ang pagkakamali lang nung nakasagot, hindi niya natakpan yung mouthpiece kaya narinig namin yung tanong niya: "Nasan na ba sila? Nagagalit na si Mr. _____. Nasa _____ pa ba?" Ang siste, lumagare pala kayo ng delivery tapos iniwan niyong nakatengga yung trabaho niyo. Bumalik sila lagpas 6 P.M. na, and since bawal ng magtrabaho (policy sa subdivision), nasayang yung araw.

3. Yung ibinigay niyong replacement na projector, sira nanaman. Kapag dark scenes, may makikita kang orb halos sa gitna ng screen. Dinala namin recently sa shop niyo para ipaayos, at ang sabi ifoforward sa Panasonic. Halos dalawang linggo yung projector sa inyo kung hindi ako nagkakamali, at ang commitment Wednesday last week. Hindi na namin ipinadeliver, at ang sabi namin tatawag kami kapag kukunin na kasi baka may lakad ng Wednesday. Nung pinuntahan namin ng Saturday, as usual, wala parin. Since nahiya na kayo samin, idineliver niyo kanina. Pagdating na pagdating, inayos na agad namin kasi may event kami next week. Aba, walang nagbago.  Ang ibig sabihin, hindi niyo man lang chineck kung naayos nga ba yung problema bago niyo idineliver, lalo na't late nanaman kayo. Tignan natin anong mangyayari kasi ang commitment niyo tatawag samin bukas ng umaga.

Ang problema kasi Jeff, ako ang nagsabi sa father ko na sa inyo bumili. Simply put, ako ang ipinahiya ninyo. Ang sa akin lang, ang hirap naman magpakatao kapag inaabuso ka. Humingi kami ng pasensya for 1 day of mistake. 2nd yung plasma na nasunog niyo due to power 42pv7 PINALITAN NAMIN NG 42PV70 W/OUT CHARGE KAHIT HINDI KO FAULT. 3rd nasunog din yung Projector due to walang regulator or line conditioner, PINALITAN DIN w/o Question. Yung repair its not our fault, we sent the unit to the service center. My secretary is on leave nanganak hindi nya nabilin kay Belen about your projector. Nakausap ng wife ko father mo and apologized for the hassle and promise to deliver your projector asap. So she advice our driver to pick up your unit at panasonic service center and deliver to you right away. I have inform panasonic service about this and they promise to call you tom. We treat you as a valuable and respected customer like anyone else. People make mistake...pantay pantay lang trato ko sa inyo, kahit anak ng Presidente o congressman pareperahas lang trato ko, wala akong pinipili. Naka tsinelas ka o naka Bally iisalang tingin ko sa inyo kaibigan.

ayan naman pala eh init ng ulo lang yan. ^^) daming bumibili kay boss jeff the best ang service nila, kita mo naman pinalitan pa tv mo mas modelo pa! kung d uminit ulo mo baka projector mo pinalitan din ulit! kaya ako hindi iinit ang ulo ko kay boss jeff ^^) safe ang units ko dami pa naman nun.

As far as I am concerned, I have referred all my relatives and friends numbering quite a few to this fellow and has nothing but utmost praises for both public relations and customer service even going the extra mile a few times! I believe every problem has a solution guided with patience and focus. Putting in mind that the former is a virtue. Peace!  ;D
