Okay a, talagang hindi ka mahirap kausapin. Foul ups happen but I think you deserve the benefit of
the doubt na nothing intentional. I know as a consumer na how disappointing it is kung we don't
get the service we expect pero haba habaan ang pasensiya habang nakikipag-usap naman si Jeff. I've also had experiences with Panasonic service center directly
and let me say na kahit nagawa iyong mga items e they really don't exercise the best of care in
handling things. To my mind the service centers of other makes are worse. Of course, aasa rin
sina Jeff sa kung ano lang ang quality of service ng Panasonic. Iyong staff naman e talagang nagkakamali
and not really on the ball o outstanding like the owner pero mahirap talagang makahanap ng mahusay sa mga panahong ito ng mga tao. Kaya I prefer to deal directly na rin with the service centers concerned para the less miscommunication dahil wala ng namamagitan pa.
Count me na lang as a satisfied multiple purchase customer of Jeff who will continue to buy and recommend Theaterworks and Stop Look Listen.
