I just want to thank Mr. Vargas who found time to talk to me and answer my queries. I am again a "hooked" client of JAC. I just hope i won't again pay 4K for a shipment of a shoe weighing less than a pound

Haven't receive any feedback from you for my package that was delivered in NY office last July 25. I already forwarded to your email the tracking numbers. I used Johnny Air cargo so I can receive it in time for my son's birthday but until now there's no clear update. I never opted for the Johnny Air Ocean cargo, so please let me know what happened to my package. BEen using Johnny Air for years and this is the first time that my package was delayed.

Hi Mhy,

May I just post my inquiry here since I did not get any reply from you anymore through my email dated July 17,2012. This is in regards to my latest package wherein a total of 5 packages arrived, yes you only charged $5 handling fee for the first package and waived for the rest. In incidents like this, will the minimum 1lb be scrapped since I was given a reason by your Mega staff that you already waived the $5 handling fee. I had 3pcs of CD's arrived separately and packed/sandwiched by a thin cardboard by Amazon which obviously shows less than 2lbs since your staff weighed it in front of me.

I am not complaining about the charges, I am still grateful for the very good rates you provide to us however my only intent is to clarify and I will be happy to oblige..hate to discuss with your kind staff everytime I will pick up my package since it is you in Makati office who knows the answer.

In case you missed my mail, here are the info..

got my package yesterday from Ms. Katz (and the kind gentleman I didn't get the name of) of Makati branch. Item was delivered Wednesday US Time (Thursday midnight Philippines) to the NY branch, and got my item 3 days later on a Sunday. Very efficient!

@Hewlett, I think our package is in the same batch, mine was received at NJ last july26. When I inquired jac at makati they told me my package was offloaded in China, so it will be delayed.
