Hi Gaol!  Aura here :D

Please take note that only packages physically received in NY, LAX or SFO and subsequently invoiced will appear on our JOHNNY AIR PLUS TRACKER.  Packages in transit to any of our offices and even received in NJ will not be traceable yet. 

Best to check with ups tracking first for the status as JOHNNY AIR PLUS TRACKER is an independent tracking site from those couriers handling interstate deliveries which will include USPS and the likes.

      I just purchased some vinyl LP (6 single LPs) from acousticsounds.com and use the JAC Plus address in NY. Can I have a PinoyDVD member discount considering this is my first try to JAC Plus? BTW I just signed up to JAC PLUS online under my wife's name coz she will be receiving the items. Thanks and looking forward to a new start... :)

Johnny Air Cargo is the best cargo ever! My one & only hd t.v. was shipped through airplane. Left Wed. arrived Friday, picked up Sat. :) That was March 2011. They handle all your stuff with care! unlike the post office here where they kick your stuff around.

Hello po Ms. Aura, I just recently used JAC again. Sayang di ko nabasa na di pa pala matrace ang package pag sa New Jersey pinadala. Amazon stated that the package has been delivered. Kinda worried lang ako kasi its been 2 years since I last used JAC and first time ko ginamit yun Summit Avenue na address, dati kasi yun Newark. I just want to ask if I'll still be able to receive notification sa text that the package is available for pickup? ask ko din lang kung kailan ko kaya makukuha ang package pagyesterday nareceive and package from amazon. Thank you po :)

Packages from New Jersey were transferred to NY before here in the Philippines so it's traceable po. Kindly give me your tracking no. so we may also track where your package is and we’ll also update you.
Also, you’ll still receive notification from us either via sms or email when your package is ready to pick up na.

My first try with JAC Plus is a success and they handle my precious vinyl records with outmost care. My wife is the one who collected the items for me and was really happy telling stories how the different members staff is calling her just to inform that the package is ready for pickup at SM Megamall. The last call she received is while signing in the JAC Plus itself  while receiving the items ::)  ;D thanks to Trixie and Derell for making my 1st try to JAC a success...looking forward to your good service in the future
