Somethings been bothering me lately... hehe... I just ordered something at amazon and I put my name beside Jet Creus. Now what I want to know is since JAC has many branch already, how would they know which branch to give the parcel to? Also paano na kung may kapangalan ako? My name is pretty common heck even my last name... I hope they don't contact the wrong seller if there is... I only put my first and last name.

Leave your cell phone as your contact number so they can text you when it arrives. I'm sure they have a system for same names. JAC pa ;) :)

Is it possible na may kapangalan ako sa JAC? :D Gawd... first time ko kasi magorder online... nakakatakot eh haha... Maybe I should have just put my M.I. but do you guys only put your first and last name?

long shot naman siguro na may kapangalan ka sa pinoy dvd na nag enroll sa jac. but if you are really worried, you can ask the one who handled your enrollment to cross check para mapanatag loob mo. pero in my experience, i have not encountered any hitches pa naman dealing with them. actually just got my 25 ft hdmi cable last week. did not even bothered to follow it up, sila na nag text sa akin na for pick up na.  ;D

What I mean is same name but of course different contact number. I mean its really entirely possible the fact the just bringing my name up on friendster has a lot of results :D

Anyways, di ko na lang masyado aalahanin yun pangalan... Gusto ko na lang malaman kung normal ito... Yun Amazon item ko kasi nakasulat delivered na and it's written that "Signed for by: KIERULF" What does this mean? Hindi ba dapat Jet Creus since yan yun nakasulatsa package ko? And if indeed this is normal usually mga ilan days bago available for pick up ang item ko? Thanks!

It's normal... Hindi naman si Jet Creus ang lagi nasa front desk cguro..  ;D ;D ;D You will receive your item usually a week after.. sometimes 5 days lang andyan na yan...

haay...ang JAC parang your personal mobile phone na rin. You can't live without it.  ;D

First time I tried JAC's collect service to the U.S. a few weeks back, approve! Affordable and efficient talaga.

More power and keep up the excellent service!  ;)

ps. Other company may offer the same services of JAC, but having people who you can easily deal with is the primary asset of JAC. No runaround, just plain good people and service leaving you with a smiling face.

@ Ms. Laiden, if you happen to read this someday, many thanks for all the help. We will be doing more business soon.

You should have specified what branch you will be getting your packages from so that you will have a contact person who you can follow-up the status of your packages..

Edit: If I am not mistaken... alam ko may linagay akong pangalan ni Ms. Aura sa form ko. Doesn't that mean she should be my contact person? But she doesn't reply to my messages!

Finally got my shipment of 5 BD titles from Amazon.

Nakatipid ako sa shipment as it was lower than what would have been taxed to me by the customs and I got free shipment to boot from Amazon to JAC offices in New Jersey! The total bill: around P1250 as some titles were multidisks.

Anyway, to JAC, thanks for the great service! I will surely use your services in the coming months again!  ;)

How many days did it took JAC when they received the item from New Jersey brutalpanda? How were you informed that they got your item? Also... how many pounds did 5 blu ray took that it amounted to 1250? thanks

hi sir devilhands!

it took around 10 days for my package to arrive from New Jersey. I think it took longer for me since the item arrived right after the shipments for Tuesday were sent out so my package was moved to the Friday shipment. So more or less, depending on the timings of your package arrival in New Jersey I believe there 7-10 day guarantee is more or less accurate.

i was informed when they texted me that my item has already arrived in Mega and ready for pickup.

Finally, the total weight of my package was 3 pounds. if you are going to make this a benchmark for your purchase, just be reminded that 2 of the 5 titles i bought were multidisc. One held 4 discs while the other held 3. So having 5 titles might be even cheaper if all titles were single disc only.

Johnny Air is starting to annoy me  >:( . They have one of the worst customer support I've ever dealt with. They don't reply to your emails and text about the status of your package. Today is officially a week from the day they got the package, although it's alright lang naman kung malampas ng 1 week ang package ko... ang nakakainis lang ay bakit hindi nagrereply si Aura o kaya si Leiden([email protected]) . I've called JAC SM Megamall branch and the one who answered the phone told me that they're unable to track any package because their job is only to receive packages.

I expected them to be friendly and customer oriented based from the reviews on this website but this does not seem to be the case for me. I am seriously looking into another courier for my next Amazon order and would you guys know any other alternative?

One more thing, tagal na under construction yun tracking page nila sa website hah...! Do they even plan to fix it?

cool lang sir, sad to hear your case. i think it would be hard to talk to the branches (megamall) since releasing lang sila. its bet if you can call them sa makati office nila, baka busy lang since its the xmas rush. anyway, you can try calling or text jay-r, he is the one handling my account. 09173897434. oks naman sya, just tell him your concern. goodluck.  :)

si Ms Myla din ang madalas na nagtetext about package updates for me. at least hindi nya nakakalimutan yung query ko. dati kasi may 2 orders ako na dumating na sa jac office nila sa nj. however, mas nauna dumating sa pinas yung isang package and yung other package pa naman ay malaki. i informed them agad and nagreply naman si Ms Myla.

CHAMPION TALAGA ANG CUSTOMER SERVICE NG JAC!!! ;D I placed an order for some apparel online and used JAC to ship it here to the Phils. I called Jet in NJ to ask if they received the package already. He asked me to email him the details, so that they can track it for me properly. After a few hours, I received an email, complete with tracking information and estimated time of arrival. ;D Very prompt and efficient staff! ;)

MORE POWER TO JAC!!! ;D

Guys tip naman sa paggamit ng JAC with Amazon, nacharge kasi ako by volume. I only ordered 2 items from Amazon isang Bluray game tsaka isang PS3 controller. If it was charged by weight it could have easily amount to a max of 2 pounds lang but yun box kasi ng Amazon mga 12X9X4 so lumabas 3 pounds ang nacharge sa akin. Mas mataas kasi yun volume kaisa sa weight... I paid around 1060 for that package. What do you guys think? Ok na ba or I could have have used it more efficiently.

I have another package coming which has 2 bluray game and one of the game has a free headset. I wonder how much ang babayarin ko... sana hindi lakihin ng box ng Amazon!

Amazon is really a fan of huge boxes, one to protect the item and two recycled kasi so no issues on them.  ;D  Mabuti nga dumating ng magkasama at in one box lang, minsan 2 separate packaging yan so you have to pay 2x sa shipping, in which JAC has no control but to charge you 2x. Okay lang yan....1lb lang naman.

standard yong size ng box ng amazon so you should maximize yong number of items na order mo.. kahit na separate boxes pa na ship ang items mo, still the handling fee is only $5 for both packages.. you will not be charged twice for the handling fee if both packages arrived within the week (MON to SAT).

Not necessarily..  I get to pay $11 or $17 for 2 or 4 discs placed in the standard box of Amazon..
