Topic: Can Branded dvd players read MP4 Songs?

Has anyone tried playing those Disc with 500+ MP4 Karaoke songs sold at Raon or Quiapo area on branded dvd players? I have a Pioneer DV-393 with DIVX and MP4 feature and I want to try sana this MP4 disc but would like to hear from you guys muna kung kaya basahin without glitch before I buy.
Also is the sound good enough pang sing along?

The Pioneer can play MP4, i already tried it with this 500-song disc. Good enough for sing-along while drinking
