Is there a Philips Service Center near Cubao?

There's one in Kamias Road, right after crossing EDSA heading towards Anonas St. you won't miss it, they are situated on the right, and have a sign....a point of reference is the Phil. Hospital Association, it's near it.

Oh BTW the charges are very reasonable.

I brought the player to the philips authorized service center last dec 07.  until now, they are still looking for the parts.... well, there's a problem with Philips in sourcing out the parts needed...   future buyers of Philips DVD player, be forewarned.....  pray that your unit won't conked out else..... buy the china-made dvd player while waiting your unit to be repaired...    that's just what i did!

I guess it's case to case as when I brought my DVD player to their Valero office it took them about a week to diagnose the problem and since Philips says the mother board is defective, they just informed their head office that the unit needs to be replaced.  After getting the reply from their head office (about 3 working days), they infromed us that we could claim our new unit from the supplier (Anson's), which they also got in touch with.  Anyway, I was satisfied with their after sales support!

I just want to say that PinoyDVD rocks! I've been looking for the service center number on the Philips website or through google and couldn't find it.. but here in PinoyDVD.. it's just one search away got the number for the Kamias service center and it's still open

my HT Philips HTS3357/98 dvd player won't read any disc just keep on "LOADING" I hope it can be repair.. any other service center within CAVITE area? TIA!
