gotten a UA46C6900 earlier together with AVR and TV Rack for 99k
here is a nutshell of my overall experience with the Sights and Sounds:
PROS:
** The agents appear to know what they are saying (especially to John2) unlike ung mga nakausap ko sa abenson, western at automatic center, nagbabasa ng brochure habang kinakausap ako.
** Price is definitely lower compared to the other distributors / retailers as per the items I've bought.
** They give time for customers to think and knows when to resume their salestalk.
** Staff is accommodating and even assisted us to the loading bay.
** Staffs find time to accommodate me despite the number of other customers they have.
** You can see na mas maraming bumibili sa knila kesa sa sightseeing comparing sa iba. As a customer, this gives comfort and peace of mind to see many people buying on a shop, this just holds that SnS has a great reputation.
CONS:
** Mr Vic does not appear to answer on PM... could not blame a businessman, might think that I'm a hoax or waste of time. Although, in case he answered some inquiries, I may have decided to buy a 55".
** They forgot about my request for HT 453 or 555, so I went home without an HT. Mejo hassle na babalik ako just to get the package. This may actually get other customers to look for other options.
** Delivery to Caloocan area (Grace Park, Monumento) is already worth 800 Pesos. I asked kung pede mawaive since na almost 100k na ung purchase and I'm still going back for the HT, pero it didn't work out. We decided to rent a cab instead.
** This might be an isolated case, but I am missing the cleaning cloth mentioned on the User Manual. The staff also mentioned that their is a cleaning material part of the package already but when i checked at home wala naman.
Overall, I'm contented with the experience. Admittedly, this is my biggest single purchase as of date.

In as much as possible, we really don't want to miss answering any of the email and thread posting. After all, they are prospects for our business. Unfortunately, PDVD only allows 10 personal emails to be replied in an hour. We must have missed your email when we came back to continue our work. Also, because of huge emails--on the average of 30 mails--and numerous posting inquiries, we must have failed to keep track each and every query. Hope for your kind understanding on this matter.
Regarding the delivery, we usually schedule bulk deliveries according to areas. We could have given you free delivery if we have same bulk deliveries for Valenzuela. Unfortunately, there's none, and since we realize that our client will surely complain if we ask him to wait for days before he could be accommodated, we opted instead to ask for P800. for special delivery arrangement. Yes, of course, we could have waived the P800. But again, we ask for your kind understanding for we are not making HUGE PROFIT from the TV sales. We have priced down our TV to a very minimal profit so as to compete with the giant chain stores. On the average of P3 to P4K profit for a 46 to 50" TV, the percentage profit is just 3.5 to 4.5%. Taking away delivery cost from our slim profit will definitely put our business in a difficult situation. Again, we hope for your kind understanding.
Regarding the home-theater, the Samsung Phil. has run out of stocks HT453. Since Samsung will not deliver the TV because of no home-theater available, we opted and asked Samsung for initial delivery of TV and have the home-theater deliver at the later date. This is how we compromise with the Samsung to deal with this difficult situation. And in the same way, we ask the customer if he is willing to wait for the home-theater. The customer can opt for not to take the TV if he cannot wait for the home-theater. Again, hope for your understanding.
