YUN NA! The lecherous ATI Infocus monopolist has redeemed its hardened & blackened conscience from the toilet bowl it flushed it a long time ago. Hence on the pretense of a "Price Break" daw, it EXCISED off P30,000 from the X9's price - as posted here by Sights & Sounds. Here is an indication that these Infocus scoundrels could actually sell off these home theater models AFFORDABLY, or at least at a value na hindi pandarambong sa kustomer. But the X9 is a mere 720p, in an age of high definition who would seriously take it? Infocus likes you to own its product, but it would only afford you - with your Third World budget - a 720p for your hard-earned money. A mere scrap that dropped from the bread on the table, its fit mainly for begging Lazarus and the dogs - while the rich man delights in the bread's yummy wholeness.
What we want is the X10, this is the real deal. Why should it be spared from being SKIMMED OFF of its, lets say, P30,000 overpriced? Ayaw niyo bang magamit namin ito for the overblown Pacquiao fight? And here's another rub, magdi-discount lang pala dahil gustong i-exploit yung laban ni Pacman. After May 2, balik na uli si ATI-Infocus from abusing the ignorance and gullibility of home theater aspirants. Baka walang benta kaya ginamit ang boxing event to promote its greedy interest.
Those who want the higher-end Infocus, the scoundrels would charge you at this neighborhood: P287,200 for the IN81 (Darkchip 2), P329,750 for the IN82 (Darkchip 3), and bypassing S & S - P170,500 for the X10 (Darkchip 1). My conjecture is that S & S will only be getting AT BEST, a P3,000 to P4,500 profit from each unit sold, whether X9 or X10. Iabuloy mo na sa kanila ito because they're operating in a very expensive mall. BUT the rest of the profit goes to the overfed belly of ATI-Infocus. Shame!
