I remember back in 1996  I cranked up an AR speakers to "Club Levels",  biglang tumakbo yung saleman sa loob ng listening room, sumilip tapos lumabas ulit...  well it was large floorstander with a 15 inch woofer  he he he he ...


just in case.... di ako yung nag todo sa Showroom ni Anthony, pero that would be interesting to see how the Omega with the large 8 inch woofer performs  .

kakaiba tong Omega Twins ko till now di ako makapaniwala sa speakers na to, ang lawak ng soundstage, ramdam mo yung bass improvement coming from Titus, tapos yung mids nya parang 5x ang improvement after modding the Titus with Vifa tweeters..for Titus BS users pa upgrade nyo na yung tweeter and cross overs nyo worth every penny sa SQ IMO parang sobra pa nga sa binayad ko eh..hahaha 

salamat Anthony, di ko lang talaga madala Titus FS ko para mapapalitan ng tweeter and cross over ang speaker na to..pero talagang pa upgrade ko rin Titus FS ko.

Anyway, I just wanted to let everyone know that we had an incident last night. The customer arrived in the showroom and auditioned our speakers. Syempre, we will welcome you with open arms because we wanted to let everyone hear the beauty of our workmanship. The problem was, he cranked up the volume so much of the onkyo where the genesis set up is connected and MK500 for the Omega na parang kang nasa club. Sabi ni Abi sorbang lakas daw talaga. And si Abi lang ang nandun and babae pa. Di na nya ma-awat. Bitin daw sa bass yun Omega and Genesis kaya kelangan lakasan ng todo... R&D na kami sa Pro speakers and yun pwede natin siguro itodo...
Grabe, nakakainis lang and sana di nasira yun mga equipment namin. Yun speakers madali ayusin eh!  
KELANGAN BA ITODO ANG VOLUME TO GET THE DESIRED SOUND???  

May mga ganun talaga. mataas ang reference levels nila for listening. Kaya lang, baka they failed to consider the capacity of your amps and speakers. And sometimes yun ang definition nila ng SQ. Dapat next time, turuan mo si Abi. hehe! teach her how to explain sa client na may limits ang amps and speakers.

Hi sir, friendly suggestion lang naman sirs! I would just like to echo some of the inputs from other members. Hindi ako sir yung nag-todo ng volume ng amp nyo ha, hehe!

Customers are customers. Not everyone will be like some of your loyal supporters here in pdvd who praise your product to high heavens, and all their posts are about how great your speakers are. There will always be other opinions, since we all have different tastes and ways. And there will be, as some say, customers from hell. But they are still your customers, and you would want many of them! The thing is you have to learn how to manage and deal with them in the best way possible. Maybe you can train your staff, sirs.

IMO sir since you have a store,  I don't think it's a good idea to post your issues here (for everyone to read) about how you don't like a particular customer, even if it is valid and even if it's under the guise of an 'incident report'. And especiallly how you were pissed-off by this customer whose means of testing speakers, you implied, is senseless and who may probably be responsible for damaging your equipment. Again, there may be better ways to deal with customers. But this is just me sirs, am not really an expert.

Just my 2 cents, hope these help! Many thanks and more power sirs!

correct me if i'm wrong but antony audio is not anthony right? he's just one of the partners? kase ang pagkakakilala ko kay anthony ay hindi siya mag popost ng ganun. i don't mean that in a bad way, anthony audio. i just think diymaster is too busy to post such things. and 1 member can only have 1 account so i guess anthony is still diy master.

I passed by the new showroom earlier to pick up something.

I listened to the new genesis bookshelf. The build quality is very good. We have seen the evolution of the speakers of DIY master and it's nice to see the transition from DIY to a commercial product.

What i liked about the new genesis is the bass. There's no lack in it. I would like to see it paired with the dual ring tweeters,that would be interesting.

Unfortunately i was not able to listen to the omega speakers, i was told the unit was somewhere else.

I also saw a lot of room treatment accessories(bass traps, accoustic boards etc) in the showroom which are priced well. I don't know much about these but i think there's significant benefets in owning a few. I hope Anthony Audio can tell us more about the room treatment accessories they have and what they do.

First of all, thank you everyone for posting your comments and suggestions regarding the incident in our showroom.

We all know that customers are customers and they are different in many ways. We also understand and know for a fact that not all of our customers praises our product. That is perfectly okay because that will strive us more to build better speakers.
