Anyway, I just wanted to let everyone know that we had an incident last night. The customer arrived in the showroom and auditioned our speakers. Syempre, we will welcome you with open arms because we wanted to let everyone hear the beauty of our workmanship. The problem was, he cranked up the volume so much of the onkyo where the genesis set up is connected and MK500 for the Omega na parang kang nasa club. Sabi ni Abi sorbang lakas daw talaga. And si Abi lang ang nandun and babae pa. Di na nya ma-awat. Bitin daw sa bass yun Omega and Genesis kaya kelangan lakasan ng todo... R&D na kami sa Pro speakers and yun pwede natin siguro itodo...
Grabe, nakakainis lang and sana di nasira yun mga equipment namin. Yun speakers madali ayusin eh!

Hi sir, friendly suggestion lang naman sirs! I would just like to echo some of the inputs from other members. Hindi ako sir yung nag-todo ng volume ng amp nyo ha, hehe!
Customers are customers. Not everyone will be like some of your loyal supporters here in pdvd who praise your product to high heavens, and all their posts are about how great your speakers are. There will always be other opinions, since we all have different tastes and ways. And there will be, as some say, customers from hell. But they are still your customers, and you would want many of them! The thing is you have to learn how to manage and deal with them in the best way possible. Maybe you can train your staff, sirs.
IMO sir since you have a store, I don't think it's a good idea to post your issues here (for everyone to read) about how you don't like a particular customer, even if it is valid and even if it's under the guise of an 'incident report'. And especiallly how you were pissed-off by this customer whose means of testing speakers, you implied, is senseless and who may probably be responsible for damaging your equipment. Again, there may be better ways to deal with customers. But this is just me sirs, am not really an expert.
