our samsung HTIB that we got with a big discount when we purchased an LCD TV developed a problem just 1 week after the 1 year warranty expired.
now we have to dole out half of what we paid for a year ago for parts/labor to have it repaired ...
i want to start this thread which would hopefully become a reference for what parts break down after how long and how much to have it repaired .

Samsung HTTP33 date purchased: August 2006 failure date : September 2007 failure mode : no video output total repair QUOTATION : 6.2K PHP for labor and replacement of Main PCB
