Idol, halos pareho lang ang presyo ng Imagine T2 and Synchrony Two. If you are aiming for a very realistic live sound, the Synchrony has to be the best affordable(cheap for Don Master Louie's level) speaker around. As for the Imagine, the sound was meant to be more pleasing to the ears. Though they may have the same type of tweeter material, the implementation is very different. Just like Dynes with dome tweets across all their lines. Different sound for every level or model.

Is it best to get an all-PSB setup including the sub? Or is it fine to get another brand for the sub? Im looking at Sub5i, but if its fine to get another brand of sub (better bass quality, same price) i would. Im kinda looking at a used SVS sub. Or best pa din to pair the psb speakers with a psb sub?

Based from experience and internet articles, ok lang if different brand ng sub basta importante same and fronts speakers mo...

SVS bro . Though i heard the PSB sub as well and maganda din sya tumunog..

psb subs are great for music although if you are craving for the 20hz fix, it's not the right sub to purchase unless you get the subsonic 6i.

sobrang mahal kasi idol. parang naka svs pb13ultra ka na sa presyo nyang 500. Yung 300 naman walang dark cherry na kulay, kahirap maghanap ng sub na dark cherry

pang mahirap na mirage. although nothing is wrong naman with the sub, i just feel na kahit dual pa siya mahina pa rin for movies. minsan nga nakakalimutan ko magsub using our t6

Those are nice speaker choices sir  Haven't tried the synchrony bookshelves but basing it on the specs, the two b only has a 5.25 inch woofer which is limited to 50hz vs the one b's 6.5 inch which can do 40hz. Based on my impression on the synchrony towers, it's a very transparent speaker that doesn't have any coloration which makes it sound very natural.

Dapat nga Paradigm Studio 20 v.5 lang to eh. Eh kaso di ko makuha yung tamang finishes na gusto ko from the distro kaya kinonsider ko na rin itong Synchrony series. Ang laking mura ng One B compared sa Paradigm Signature S2 v3 which retails @ 116k cash , considering that they are in the same price bracket in other countries.

you are right, it's a wonder how hifi+ can lower psb's price here but can't do the same for paradigm. i read a particular review pitting both bookshelves and the author chose the paradigm signature over the synchrony. even i, i might get the digms due to the beryllium tweeter, pero syempre audition pa rin is the key.
