Got my copy in Greenhills, the stall in front of the theater had it.  They might also have it by Promenade on the second floor, by the cinemas too.

Dear Pal: I never saw a good copy of The Last Emperor whether on laserdisk or DVD. This is one remarkable film that inexplicably just could not merit a decent DVD transfer ever. What you could obtain now are "ordinary" edition(s) that looks like they were first pressed on the first dawn of the DVD era - which means they were made in or around 1997.
The best thing to do if you're seriously thinking of owning Emperor with an archival purpose is to order its 2008 Criterion Edition. This could be the definitive respectable digital pressing of the film 20 years after its release. The item contains 2 remastered versions and the total disks are four. Amazon is selling it for $42. At an exchange rate of P40+, this item can be had for an estimated P1,700 only.
