Iba talaga sound ng naim pag matagal ng nakaON. Mas maganda kaya have to leave it on always.

Walang standby mode. Its either ON or OFF.

Yung sa bedroom at least 8-10 hours a day. Pag weekend naman all day umaandar. Yung sa audio ko di ko alam pa. Hehe

Di ba kaya iniiwan naka ON ang Naim is because it makes a pop sound when you turn it on?

Heard it pops but its not the reason. Read this on the web:

"Naim equipment works best when "warmed up" and is best left powered up all the time. This allows the temperature and operating characteristics of the equipment to stabilise at an optimum point. The exception is during an electrical storm when Naim recommend that the system is unplugged from the wall as a lightning strike will almost certainly cause serious damage to your equipment."

Yup, but why would a gear need instructions for this? Also from the same page you linked.

You should never disconnect any cabling from your system whilst it is powered up as you may cause damage.

Bottomline is that Naim really sounds good and that's all that matters.

Yup, was several concerns before came up about those pops that could damage speakers, esp. when the volume is set for regular listening.... A minor concern though that can easily overcome...

Nung 21 ng gabi. Required daw survey muna tapos next install. Nasurvey na yesterday. Schedule ng installation ang sabi saken ng Anson today daw. Sabi nung nagsurvey depende daw sa schedule pwedeng ngayon or sa ibang araw pa. NagLG lang ako dahil sa promo. Pero gusto ko talaga Pana.
