I think those are Paragon Ent. releases, and given their record of releasing dvds with mediocre PQ, I would say buy at your own risk.

You're wrong. I bought it at Php 665. I also saw copies in almost every video store I visited. It's Php 665 in all of these stores.

It's Php 665. Not Slipcased. Fold-out Digipack.

I think it's Region 0 (All regions), the region logo (on the DVD case) is so small, you need a magnifying glass to see...

Anyway, I watched the DVD this morning. Wow! What an amazing concert! The production is top-notch and Celine really knows how to connect with her audience.

I think, even this early, I'd rank this as among my top DVD purchases for 2008.

I don't know if your kids are into this but I saw new releases of Barney, Dora the explorer and Blues Clues. The packaging case is new, where you can hold it like a bag, its plastic though. I don't know what you call it. The price is P199. Just bought some for my daughter.

Hey! I was able to buy this for Php 199 the other day at SM Makati. Did you see the 2-disc black-and-white cover? Anyway, it doesn't have the 12-page booklet as indicated at the back (at least my copy doesn't have one). But at 199 bucks, I'm quite okay with that.

Are you looking for a specific Clockwork Orange release? If you ain't, this has been in the shelves for some time now. I was able to get for an officemate last Saturday at Astro Shang for 199ph.

Everyone's been eagerly awaiting for the local release of the two-disc Deluxe Edition of Clockwork Orange, which was supposed to have been released in November, along with the other Stanley Kubrick DE's.

C Interactive release, but take note, both versions are supposedly IMPORTED. The packaging itself is definitely not, since the death mark that is C Interactive's logo is printed at the back (unless the printing was done overseas). It must be the discs themselves that are imported, but I can't confirm since I didn't buy the DVD.

The single disc version has a 5.1 DD-EX track, while the double disc version has 6.1 DTS-ES & 5.1 DD-EX tracks.

Not will be, actually. Has been. Titles can only be posted on this thread when a member personally sees copies of it in stores.

As for subtitles, I didn't check, but since it's a Fox release, it will most likely have English and Tagalog among its subtitle options.

Daywatch: It hit the street January 31, as posted. Should already be in most Astro. Since it's Viva, siguro SM meron na rin iyan...

Most of the time, new DVDs get posted here within a day or two. Many here (including me) visit our neighborhood video shop several times a week.
