I wonder why no re enactment done to prove or disprove if there was really rape and confirm the timelines. They say that the cctv may have been doctored, if picture, it can be easily doctored. But video, you have to do it frame by frame.. I believe cctv recorders have security features to prevent date and time stamp tampering.
Then after ma prove na no rape can take place, then charge them with perjury.. But I guess the wheels of justice turns very slow in Pinas. Sabagay kay Mikey Arroyo na case of not filing income tax return, parang wala pa din yata resolution. And ITR lang naman ang basehan.. Eto CCTV lang ang basehan, hindi pa din ma resolve.
