+ 1 ...... practically all parks and other public spots here in QC is being haggled by Bistek to the highest bidder.

The way Bistek drove away the tenants of Manila Seedling Bank will make landgrabbers proud.

I dare anyone to do business here in QC - you will marvel at the incredible number of taxes that they charge you ....... this despite QC having the highest revenue in the country, even beating out Makati AFAIK.

Yeah...pinintasan ko na yan si Bistek sa current events thread about the garbage collection fees. Basic service dapat yan ng LGU. Tapos maniningil sila. Mayaman ang QC. Sa laki ng city and the number of business establishment meron sila....buhay na sila sa taxes. Inefficient lang kaya parang kulang yun taxes na nakokolekta. Talo nila ang Makati nga yata when it comes to gross revenues collected.

Itong si SB & Bistek, made their money from taxing legitimate businessmen & legitimate citizens to death PLUS the countless roadworks along major roads (Timog, Commonwealth, Central Ave, Visayas Ave, etc).

Sayang at di manalo-nalo si Charito Planas ...... perhaps the only honest public official that QC ever had.

Third complaint.

This time, wala nang sinabi ang complainant na exact date of the alleged rape. Nadala yata kasi puro mali ang date sa 2nd complaint.

According to Tony Calvento's FB page, ang sabi lang ay "sometime in early 2009." Ang haba namang allowance for error ng time period non. Na rape daw pero hindi man lang maalala kung anong month nangyari.
