From the grapevine, CP had been acting strange lately. Many believe it’s an influence of his new habits since he was forced out of the boob tube. Earlier known for being Obsessive Compulsive , CP allegedly often ‘smells’ - personal hygiene sucks – no regular baths and tooth brushing, etc. Add to that are problems which are reportedly giving him sleepless nights. So easy to understand when you know where he’s coming from.

CP is allegedly having financial problems. The end is certainly justified when CP had been on spending spree, incurring very huge losses on his bad habits. With everything out, and nothing coming in, the next best thing is to sell properties to stay afloat. Some were already sold, while the rest (especially the big ones) are awaiting buyers.

CP’s one big dream project costing 800 Million is reportedly getting to be more unreachable by the day. Apart from liquidity problems, those in CP’s circle noted that such a project is difficult to mount, especially that he has self-destructed. Reportedly, CP is yet to pay his architect (of past projects) amounting to millions, as he is allegedly trying to confuse loose ends to get off the hook and not pay at all.

The once cheerful CP is reportedly getting paranoid with people around him - his staff, even his long-time Girlfriend GF. Staff and GF are not allowed to mingle together, not allowed to even look happy. GF allegedly prefers to be with the staff, less with CP who can’t seem to move without his bodyguards in tow. She gets tired of his calls, with many unfulfilled promises, treating her like a machine and wanting her only when he needs her – all at his convenience.

The pretty GF loved him, he showered her with expensive gifts, as in pieces of jewelry, bags, watches - but no money, not even gas allowance. CP reportedly gave GF a big house but kept the title to himself. Observers quipped that CP comes close to enslaving GF such that she left him any times but he would win her back. Reportedly, GF always complains that CP's big ego does not fit his extra small organ. Eventually, GF decided to leave for good and CP is even more depressed when he learned that GF went to Europe without him.
