AV In (Line) : 1F, 1R (2)
DVD Component (Y/CB/CR) : 1R
S video out: back
Timer:
Color System : PAL, SECAM, NTSC3.58, NTSC4.43
CRT Size : 29" (72cm)
Display Device : CRT
Aspect Ratio : 4:3

Thank you all for the help.

JVC and Philips has all those features that you mentioned. but from among those 2, i'd recommend JVC. my philips tv was only 4 years old when the picture tube conked out.

It's now 2013.  Only LG has a 29-inch Flat CRT TV model available.

Sony and Panasonic have dropped CRT years ago.

Other brands like Samsung, Sharp and Sanyo (under Haier) only have 21-inch Flat CRT TVs available.

Of course there are the generic local or China brands out there like Samwon, Pensonic, Fukuda and Promac available for the mass market.

It's now 2013...
indeed it is! makes me wonder why you had to post on a thread that's been dead for almost 5 years.   ;D

It's like doing a before and after.

BEFORE: In 2008, 29" Flat Screen CRT TVs were widely available and the thread starter was even asking what was the best.

AFTER: In 2013, the question of 29" TV is still there and only very, very limited models are available.

It's just the novelty of looking at the question and answering it 5 years later.
