I failed to report this before, but here goes.
When I was in the sale last Friday, as I mentioned before, I was sort of "hanging around" near the Magna rep lady. She had on her hands a roll of those "Imported DVD" triangular stickers. She was pasting them on Magna DVD's that ought to have one pasted on them. Anyway, I don't know if it was out of confusion or whatever, but I could swear she stuck one on a budget edition DVD. I know I should have pointed it out to her, but I didn't want her to think I was inspecting her work or something. Prior to that, I asked her if they had an imported version of "Running With Scissors". She then gave me a copy, and told me it was imported. But seriously doubting it, I asked her how to find out if a DVD is imported or not, by just looking at the cover. She then explained some number codes on the spine that would identify locally-minted DVD's, and of course the features grid on the back art. Seeing that the copy she gave me had the indications of being a local DVD, I pointed it out to her, and she admitted her mistake naman. Anyway, I don't think it was a deliberate mistake, since she was running all around the store, clearly overwhelmed by all the customers rummaging through her company's goods.
