In-wall speaker / amplifier question
« on: Mar 12, 2008 at 09:29 PM »
I recently bought a Sakura amplifier for my pipe-in music purposes. I have 3 rooms that I want to put speakers to. The 5204 has Speaker A, B, Surround and Center. Speaker A and B has 600W per channel while the surround is only 35W. My speakers will be 80 Watts x 2 per room. Problem is, I don't want to connect the speaker to the surround channel because it has only 35W. Question is, can I just "series" 4 speakers (2xLeft and 2xRIght) to be connected to Channel A and 2 Speakers (1xLeft and 1xRight) to be connected to Channel B? Can Channel A handle the 4 speakers?
