Mga braders, any idea where I can have harman amp repaired? I know only of one...Beyond Innovations at Libis. TIA

Thanks brader idol hatorni...yung AVR8500's front left channel output is a lot less than the right channel's.  :'(I'm sure something is wrong with the amp coz I already tried all sorts of tests like changing amps, speakers , speaker wires, interconnects, etc. Ok naman yung speakers when i used my other amps. So, at the moment, I just end up turning up the gain by +7 on the left channel to balance the two speakers.

Nakow wala pa yang toot bro Jen..pero last night naka pick up ng red toot sa brader in law ko...ilang meters din yun... ;D

wala bang hard reset yun HK brader? sounds like sa processor yun kung tumutunog pa ng maayos yun amp section...

better have it checked sa service center to be sure.

better have it checked sa service center to be sure.

Uy, i have not tried the hard reset master Jo. Cge, try ko now. What i did before was double check all the settings.

Just tried it bro...ganun pa rin. All it did was reset the avr's processor memory settings/configuration.
It is now most probable that there is something wrong talaga with the amp.  :'(

kung may preouts pwede mo try yun fronts with a separate power amp, pag mahina pa din isa channel sure na sa pre/processor brader...

I was also just thinking about that master J...galing mo talaga. I tried kasi using a separate amp completely and balanse ang sound from both speakers. Anyway, curious lang, kung mag preouts ng left and right channels and the sound comes out balanced...what could be the most likely na problema sa amp? ;D

amp section na pag balance na lumabas sa preouts, or anything between the pre/processor and the amp like bilateral switch, etc. kakainis kasi mga AVR lahat ng switch logic control na kaya nakakabaliw i-troubleshoot hehehe...  ;D

korek, try lang sa separate amp then pag alam mo na result power down na muna and chekup muna sa service center...  ;)
