same day sir, here's an anecdote:

Guys,

This service was put up by a member of the UP Mountaineers. Not only is it more environmental(ly friendly) but most probably your package or documents may arrive on time as there is no such thing as traffic for bike messengers.

Here's a note from a friend who tried the service yesterday:

"I tried out the new PEDALA bike messenger service today. I texted them at 630AM arranging a pick up at 11AM in Quezon City for delivery at the Ortigas Business Center.

The biker arrived at 10:54AM. I got a message that my package was with my client 40 minutes later. All of this for only P50! It saved me a lot of money and it helped save this planet too!

The Pedala project is an undertaking of Candy Reyes, UPM 05. All UPM members and businesses should support this. Ang galing! Bukas magpepedala ulit ako "

From PEDALA:

We are currently covering metro manila and these are our rates:

for intercity: (i.e. makati-to-makati, pasig-to-pasig, etc.)
P50 one-way (deliver only or pick up only)
P70 roundtrip (wait and return, i.e. deliver goods + pick up payment and return money to sender)

for cross cities: (i.e. qc-to-makati)
P70 one-way
P100 roundtrip

I scheduled a pick up yesterday and the pedala rider arrived today on time! Delivery is QC - QC so that's only P50.00. Hey, same day delivery yan so ok na di ba....
