Samsung A650 multisystem? - PAL signal capable?

hi guys, is the samsung 6 series capable displaying PAL signal, particularly PAL over HDMI? Thinking of getting a new HD camcorder but it is PAL only, not NTSC system...will the samsung a650 display PAL correctly? thanks!
