For music, go for the Polk Audio TSi200 over the TSi100. its louder and has lower deeper bass.

for music i agree TSI200 bookshelf.... 6.5" woofer really has better midbass lalo sa type of music mo yung mga bass guitar mas satisfying ang lutong ng 6.5" over 5.25" lalo pag full range

i have an onkyo tx-sr608 and polk audio rm705 set..but would want to add 2 front speakers to make it 7.1 channel setup..will the polk tsi300 be a good fit/match sound wise? or what do you suggest for the fronts to complement the rm705?

I do not think the center that comes with the RM705 will match the bigger and more powerful TSi300 floorstanding speakers. Suggest that you a pair of RM8 as your new front speakers. Check out www.polkaudio.com, to view the RM8.
