Yup. Check it out in the shop. It's the bldg with the Korean restaurant WOO RI JIB on the ground floor. Unit 303.

Nope. Only have the Wharfedale amber series. Didn't like the crystal series. The Polk Tsi 100 bookshelf sounds better than the floor stander of the crystal series.

What other speakers could you recommend for the Dayton T1 amp?

Got to hear bookshelf speakers from B&W, Wharfedale, Mission and PSB. Didn't hear Polks though. Wasn't able to get the model numbers of the other speakers, but the Wharfedale Diamond 9.1 seemed to be the best match for the small amp (not to mention, it's price was also the lowest, hehe!).

Maybe you can PM me some (low budget, but competitive performing) options?

Yep. "Its just a matter of time..." Either will be good for surrounds.
