It's great finding a thread re: the Polk RTI Series, since my family and I will be building our first HT. I wanted to get some feedback on this particular setup. My main concern is specifically whether my AVR will be able to power this set of RTI speakers, without clipping or distortion. Just want to make sure the AVR can sufficiently drive this set:

Denon 3311 (mainly for the pre-outs & video processing capabilities that I prefer over Onkyo's Faroudja)
RTI A3 - Mains
CSI A6 - Center
RTI A1 - Surrounds
SVS pc12nsd

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated! Cheers!

kayang kaya po ng Denon yan kasi easy to drive po silang lahat..

e sir how about sa dayton Apa150? or dayton 100a? ..for rti a3 pure audio listening po ty

hi sir how about a yamaha 467b, can it drive both the rti a3 and a4? thks

actually i'm using the smaller brother of them the DTA-1.. with 15w.. kayang kaya pa rin nya idrive yung A3s ko.. even try using the yaqin tube buffer.. mas enchance yung soundstage nya.. un.. so kayang kaya pa rin ng APA at 100a yan..

Yes, but I suggest you try them with the M20. Low current and/or low DF amps like these work better with the M models, imo.

Youre denon can easily handle that setup. I have exactly same setup except for the sub and amp.. Those speakers are easy to drive...

I have the same setup too.
A3's, A6, then OWM's and Polk Sub.
For audio only I use Yaqin cd2 buffer and Topping 60 T-amp.. Soothing jazz sounds!
For movies I have Onkyo 509. (",) great wide sound

at last makukuha ko na sa sunday ang cherry rti a3 ko..HAHAHAHA.. bright daw sya sa japanese amp..medyo but depende siguro sa genre ng music...mas masarap yata pakinggan ang Dream theater sa lively na speaker..hehe..malamang matalas sya sa Denon amp ko..ika nga " walang basagan ng trip"

sir ask ko lang po sana opinion nyo if you were to choose between rti A3 and TSI 400.. anu yung mas worth it.
mga 80% movies, yung music naman most of the time yung wife ko gamit lng yung radio ng receiver.

(sorry po kung my OT kasi nasa RTI thread ako )

pwede na ang a3 because the sub can always compensate for the LFE.

A3 for me sir... I did a side by side.. and sa pandinig ko panalo ang A3.. I have an A3 right now... Still enjoying it..

You can remove those covers. Another way is to use terminal lugs available at AV stores.

Went there to check the LSiM series, only the bookshelves were there but they already sound

amazing! The Rti HT setup was superb also!
