Just wanted to show my little room with my panny pv8 and sony HTIB

I recently updated the receiver with a panny ht465 - will post pics of that na din, hehehe, low end setup lang, pero im quite satisfied with it

here's the other ht setups in our house:

masters bedroom - ok sana, cant use it as much lang kase nasa room ng parents e, ayaw pa ilabas

samsung 40" lcd, denon 1908, pioneer upscaling hdmi dvd player, and sky cable digi (not so digi) box, wharfedale fronts, center, and us audio sub

sides: wharfedale 9.1

surround back: wharfedale 9.1

upstairs sala - this is my kid bro's setup
32" bravia s series with panny ht465 speakers and sony dz150k receiver

more pics from my room - this time with my htpc beside it, and the updated receiver (panny 465)

surround left and right

sony sub - naka tago lang kase wala na space sa harap e

and thats about it, all setups are temporary since we are just waiting for our new house to finish, hopefully ill have time to take new pics once we move there

yup!

i always turn on the HTIB when playing the 360/ps3

btw, there are 3 HT's setup in our house, I set them all up, un 2 lang un ako nagprovide ng budget, un main parents ko na, kase sa kanila un e, hehehe, will try to post pics of that as well

oh, and yeah, the setup in my parents room, dun ako nagstart maging pdvd member, thanks to those who have their suggestions for that, ok na ok na siya ngayon, though I think medyo kulang un subs, will post pics as i get home later =)

yup, medyo madami kase nakuha HTIB, every time ata bumibili tv kinukuha namin un free/ additional HTIB

meron pa kame old boss acoustimas (old HT used by my parents before they switched to Wharfedale/Denon) na isenesetup sa new house -

sa new house namin may cinema 4 na, hehehe =)

hindi ko lang magawang dedicated HT kase my mom wont allow us to make paki alam dun sa designs niya sa new house,

pero sana ako masunod dun sa "den" para un ang cinema 4

sir kakashi, ask ko lang po...how do you connect your xbox360 to your pana-ht465 for surround? do you use optical cables?

is it like this? xbox 360 via hdmi ==> pv8 via optical ==> ht465?

sorry...i'm just a newb on this...parehas din kasi tayo ng magiging set-up kaya i'm asking. i already have a pv8 and 360..now i'm just waiting for my ht465.

smoke -

unfortunately the pv8 doesn't have optical out, so its just 360 via hdmi and then pv8 via audio cables (composite yellow and red) no other way to go around it since the 360 doesnt have optical out too

anyways, i bet itll sound good na naman kahit papano, yun nga lang, now im playing ps3 with optical out via the 465 and it rocks

ah ok..wait, yung chineck ko yung xbox 360 ko, parang may nakikita akong small black square sa may mismong component cable (where the switch for "tv or hdtv" is located). wala siya mismo sa likod ng xbox..nasa connector yung port...check yours if you still have your component cable. i think yun yung optical output port...correct me if i'm wrong. kung yun nga 'yon, then i can use an optical cable from my xbox to ht465?
