Bro Kobe, please contact your Cignal agent, yung nagkabit sa iyo, and raise the issue, pwede nilang balikan ka at i tweak or i reshoot yung satellite para tumaas signal strength and quality mo.

Bro, kailangan mong tawagan ang Cignal agent mo for the activation of the PPV, P350 for SD subscriber and old HD subsciber, free for new HD bundle subs (w/ new 7 HD channels). Ang indication na activated na yung PPV mo is that may mapapanood kang previous fights ni pacman sa ch 49 for SD. For HD subs, magkakaroon ng new upconverted ch 59, so mas malinaw, HD-like ang fight na mapapanood mo.

Pards napahirap tawagan ng Cignal. Worth it ba talaga ang HD package? Im still planning kung i-upgrade ko ung package ko to HD. Syo ba nagpipixelize ang channels, lalo na ung BTV?

Bro, para sa akin, sulit ang HD package kasi I enjoy watching TV and HD channels are really very good, you would wish na sana lahat ng channels ganun kalinaw :-). Hindi nag pi pixilate ang BTV channel ko.

Yeah I agree mahirap sila tawagan, pero what I did was to email them and the next day sila mismo ang tumawag sakin... though maybe mabilis sila kumilos dahil magsusubscribe pa lang ako, pero sana naman hindi...

By the way, nung tumawag sila sakin iba ang Phone Number na gamit nila.. hmm bakit kaya at pwede ko kaya tawagan yung ginamit nila na number pangtawag sakin, mukhang mas convenient yata hehe..

Bro, kung first time mo magpakabit, yung tumawag syo is yung agent na assigned/official Cignal agent dyan sa lugar nyo. Pwedeng sya mismo ang tawagan mo instead si Cignal. Also make sure that you pay additional P 350 kung SD package ang kinuha mo. you have up to Nov 12 to pay the PPV to your agent. Free ang PPV and in HD, pag new HD-SD Combo ang binayaran mo. Enjoy!

ako din nahihirapan tawagan sila. Laging busy ang phone nila. I want to subscribe to the Pacquiao-Cotto fight. They told me to deposit the payment to their account and inform them by calling again.

Ito ang tanong: Pag naka deposit na ako sa Pacquiao fight, pero di ko pa din sila ma contact, ano naman ang mangyayari sa binayaran ko?

Bro, wala silang list ng mga agent mismo, pero may list sila ng authorized partners, it is shown in ch 48, sa pacman-cotto preview ad. You may also check their web site ay www.cignal.tv

Bro, kaya siguro d nagpipixelize ung mga channels coz ur using HDMI cable unlike sa SD channels only RCA. Kaya lang nagdadalawang isip ako baka pag nagupgrade ako d umabot sa pacquiao fight napahirap kasing contackin ng Cignal pards.

Confirmed that the HD PPV ch 59 will be added without turning ON the HD stb. This should be the better procedure, automatic and no need to turn ON the stb, maybe this should also be the procedure for SD PPV activation in the future.
Noted that Ch 59, has the same quality of ESPN, clear enough, but not True HD clear. Maybe next fight of pacman, Cignal will make it true HD just like the last HD PPV Villoria-Iribe fight.

My Cignal satellite was fixed after so much hassle, I made my payment last Nov. 3 through Metrobank for Pacquiao/Cutto fight. I also emailed, i tried to call again, Im patiently waiting for them to turn on my signal, If i dont get to watch the fight this Sunday. Adios Cignal, out it goes out my window. Hello Hack!!!

I have paid 350 pesos (ppv) through metrobank yesterday, nov 12 and the cignal partner who installed my cable said to text them the payment details. i had a very bad feeling that it has not been activated yet so i made inquiries on how to know if it has been activated. after much sending of text messages without reply i had finally received a text message from them today:

"Sir, kayo po ay sa metrobank nagbayad kaya wala po akong control sa accnt nyo, naforward na po namin lahat ng details nyo sa head ofc , eto po number, 028956353, try nyo po magff up din sa kanila. Kung sa ofc po namin kayo nagbayad kami po ang magloload. Pag po metrobank, head ofc. At nagff up lang din po kami ng mga text ng mga subscriber"

Going to the Cignal main office would not help either because the numbers posted to contact them are all unreachable. 3 landlines are all darn busy and the 2 smart numbers are out of coverage area

My last resort now is to email them...
I hope I can still watch the fight on Sunday..

My message to Cignal or Mediascape:

WAG KABIT LANG NG KABIT! TAKE CARE OF YOUR SUBSCRIBERS!! THIS IS NOT HOW A BUSINESS OF THIS SCALE SHOULD BE RUN!

we have the same situation. I already deposited the money to Metrobank yesterday. The whole day today i just sat at my office trying to call all of their nos. but to no avail. I emailed them too and left my contact nos. but no reply to my message.

Tried calling their cell nos. but it is out of coverage area.

Painstakingly, it took me from Nov.2 up to Nov. 12 evening to finish 2 concerns, 1 without signal and 1 PPV. so start counting,fellow PDVD. Its really is a waste, with a good product offering but a disastrous customer service. The downside of contracting out services.

these guys would not come to you to fix or even tweak your signals. (no money in there). it is not their priority. their primary mission is to install new subscriptions. mind you they are charging 1000 pesos per unit in the provincial area so imagine how much they can do in 1 month...

hay nako, i am not really glad with the way mediascape is running this cignal thing. no customer support for a very large base of subscribers.

if only there are other choices..

Just got mine installed around after lunch kanina... im just glad that Im ready for this sundays event... still tinkering with the Set Top Box.... hmmm di ko alam ang password nung settings gusto ko sana makita, naka default lang ba ito?? any clues kung anung password ng settings nito??

Another thing, yung HD Channels full screen sa 40" ko pero kung mga hindi HD anlaki ng space sa makabilaang sides.. Ganito ba talaga?? But anyways, Im more than happy at least nakabitan nila ako kanina
