also when checking for the signal strength and quality, i can't seem to lock in on the page.  it jumps back to the menu screen.  dunno why, i am using 0000 as the password.

you need your new subscriber number, mediascape is utility 260 and pay via metrobank then email them your scanned deposit slip.  that's what i do.

problem solved, as i suspected it is a signal problem. the local dealer (accudish/iloilo city) personally attented to my problem and apparently our HD box cannot detect signal strength and quality properly, they hooked up an SD box and my signal was only 40% and 0% quality with bit error of 8+, now it is 50% strength and 100% quality with ber of 1+, the feed is now continuous.

nakakareceive ba kayo ng billing statement? i failed to pay last month's premium then nawala na agad yung signal ko, asked them to provide me a billing statement wala sila masabi, also told them na di sila dapat nag didisconnect agad gad kasi wala naman silang bnotification thru phone,text or billing statement. walang masagot. though i acknowledge na fault ko kasi na miss ko ung payment pero wala talga silang sistema.

my instructions were to send the bill to my office.. pero it was sent sa residence parin.. called up cignal to inform them  to change the billing address... anyways... apart from that, meron akong nanuka sa bmail inside the box, something like "your account is already due, please settle immediately.. please disregard if paid"..

Out of curiosity, I was wondering if one can just opt out and discontinue the service without penalties? do you have to return the sat dish and the set-up box too?

if i remember it righy apart from returning the dish and box you need to pay an early termination fee depende kung gano ka katagal na subscriber. Holding period is 2 years and they prorate the fee based on that. Nasa contract form sya when we applied

IMO pag pangit talaga ang provider, pwede mong pa-terminate yung contract without obligations 
IIRC ganito yung mga ginawa nung smart bro subscribers na pangit ang nakukuhang service.
