nung nagpa install ako, the account was activated 30 mins after installation, prepaid nga lang yun, ewan ko sa postpaid. When I have it converted from postpaid to prepaid, it was activated the day after ko ma submit requirements (via email).
tip lang. base sa experience ko mas ok makipag usap sa local cignal partner (in my case, laguna) kesa sa hotline. when i was calling cignal hotline, it took 2 days wala pa nangyayari sa application ko (convertion of postpaid to prepaid). out of frustration, i called the local cignal partner in my area, ayun a couple of hours and email exchanges later, na process agad.
Cignal should really look into improving their customer service. Pero guys, wag kayo madala. right now, cignal ang pinaka sulit when you want HD content, even their premium channels (in SD) is better in PQ compared to sky. Tyaga lang sa customer service muna.
