Geez...I'm very tire of calling Cignal Hotline. It's terrible...so hard to get thru...waited 30 min still no answer...hay naku... vomit blood...

I was able to call twice or thrice today to follow up the activation of my service. Kaso wala pa din, TV5 pa din and napapanood ko

Hay hindi nakuha ng installers and pinadala ko na sa email (additional documents) para ma-activate and account ko. Bad trip. Kaya pala ang tagal ng activation. Resent the file and forward na daw ng installer sa Cignal. Hopefully it is activated in a couple of hours.

yup as clear as mkv file.

5.1 yes on some channels and not all.

anyone got problem with their HD chanels? kasi ang HD chanels ko every few seconds mawala signal for 1 second. pero no problem sa Sd chanels. anyone have the same problem?

Sir na eexperience mo pa ba to pawala wala ng signal? Natatakot ako baka sa ppv biglang maging ganito sa oras ng fight sayang bayad ko. Madalas ko kasi na eexperience to.. Bumabagsak yung signal below 10 pag hd channel pero pag sd channel ok naman.. Thanks

i had a bad experience din sa application and installation nito ilang araw din akong di nakapasok kakahintay. finally, nakabitan at naactivate na rin.  worth it yung HD broadcast nya pero pansin ko sa SD broadcast malinaw pero kulang sa sharpness mas ok pa ung non-digital na broadcast. kahit gawin kung 4:3 res ng TV ko ganun pa din. ganito rin kaya sa inyo? and yung remote may mga buttons na di pa gumagana.

dun sa after ng nba premium.  ch 70 ata.. pag activated na, di na sya pula (service blocked). you should see a poster of pacman and margarito.  and sometimes  a 24/7 teaser.

bad service talaga cignal. puro sakit ng ulo. ilang araw din akong walang tulog kaka-hintay sa pag-install. mag-set ng appointment tapos hindi sisipot. tapos dadating sa maling oras kung kelan wala kami sa bahay. tapos pumunta dito sa bahay bitin yung cable, willing naman kami magbayad ng extra kaso wala daw silang dalang extra! anong klase yun?! ako pa ang nag-extend ng cable para hindi nakaharang sa gitna ng kwarto ko yung cable. kung hindi lang kami desperate na magka-PPV di ko na itutuloy subscription ko dito e...

ngayon na-install na, activation nalang. sabi dapat kahapon i-activate hanggang ngayon wala pa... beware new customers, be ready sa sakit ng ulo bago magpa-install.

Mahirap tlga mag pa activate sa cignal. Na experience namin halos 3 days kami nag antay complete na kami sa requirements. Mismong mga agent naman sa hotline kayang mag activate within an hour. Hindi lang namin alam bakit pa kailangan pa pag antayin ng matagal mga clients. Kc sa na experience namin napikon na sister ko at sya na ung tumawag and sabi nya sa agent kung pde bang makausap ung team leader nila. Aun natakot ata naactivate nung agent ung amin within an 20mins habang kausap sa phone. Kaya nman pala nila iactivate ng mabilis pinapatagal pa nila..

in my 2 years as a Cignal subscriber, sa awa ng Diyos hindi naman kami nagkaroon ng sakit ng ulo,

marami na ngang reklamo sa kanila with regards sa payment and activation. 

siguro by area area lang, nagkataon po siguro na hindi maganda service sa specific area. btw, sampaloc po kami..espana

After several follow-ups & promises that it will be activated within a day...suddenly they called me requesting me submitting an authorization letter that I'm allowing my wife to receive & sign on my behalf! WTF?? For goat sake, after the unit was installed for two days now only they ask for a letter? If no letter they will not activate it daw. They should have advised me in the first place...geez tomorrow is already Friday...

After I finished the authorization letter & faxed it to them I called up to verified if they received it but kept denying receiving any fax...after several attempts then only they realize their fax machine was out of paper...WTF??!   Asked me to fax again after 5 minutes. When I tried again...there is no more answer na...I kept trying for the next 15 min, no one pick up the phone & I just gave up..will try again tomorrow. Geez Cignal is one of the worst @#$% service I ever seen. You need lots of patience...

grabe na pala ang hirap sa pag apply sa Cignal. buti na lang nung nagapply ako wala pa masyado interesado sa Cignal nuon since baguhan pa lang, so madali ako nakaapply Through email pa, wala ako tinawagan na kung sino man.

Gusto ko makita kung gaano kalinaw yung HD Broadcast ng PPV ngayon, nung mga NAKARAAN na Pacquiao Fights kasi eh digitally enhanced lang ang broadcast so medyo pixelated..

ive been with signal for almost 2 years na.  SD pa lang ako nun.  Then, nag upgrade ako this october for HD.  Thats when all my problems occur.  Since October 30 til now... di na ako nagkaroon ng magandang viewing experience.  Signal level always.. and i mean always drop.  Mga 5 min, 86%, tapos bigla bigla magiging 0%.  And its happening almost everyday.  Lagi kami nagtatalo wife ko.. kse nagpaHD-HD pa raw ako... nadisgrasya lalo.  Even the local channels, wala na ko mapanood.  Pabagsak-bagsak signal. Few minutes ago.. naawa ako sa baby ko.  She loves Disney Playhouse pero di sya makapanood kse nga sa signal.  She was crying so hard hanggang nakatulugan na lang nya.  F*c#!  I ve tried reporting it.. puro wait lang ng gagawa.   Wala naman napunta.  Minsan may pumunta.. nagbayad na kmi fee, di pa rin nagawa.  I called knina.. bukas daw pupuntahan pero may bayad na naman daw.  Nakaka-bad trip na!  Worry ko pa is sa Pacquiao daw.. my pals are comin over kse HD na.  Kakahiya pag nagkaganun pa rin!

CRAP! 3 days na naka-install at naghihintay kame ng activation ayun pala iniwan ng mga bobong technician yung mga requirements dito!!! pano nga naman ma-aactivate?! grabe talaga service ng Cignal. i have never experienced this kind of service ever. call center agent ako dati kaya alam ko pinagdadaanan ng mga reps ng cignal pero makaka-tikim talaga sila sakin sa next call ko. ang babastos na nga ng mga technician nila, puro reklamo, sablay naman pala. haaay!!!!....

Not anymore, what i did was readjust the satellite disc, and look for the best signal strength then tighten the screws para di na gumalaw yung disc, dahil kasi sa bagyo kaya na misalign ang disc ko. i never experience na for loss of signal for more than 2 weeks, unless theres heavy rain.

meorn din sir, may naexperience nga ako na pag nag cchannel down ako at paglagpas ng hbo hd laging nag rereboot yung box ko.. dunno kung bug or ano.. basta lagi yan from hd-sd channel transition mag rereboot and reinitialize.

Mga sir, sulit ba ang magpakabit ng cignal, im using 32ld460, anu package ang advisable at also kapag nagpakabit ka ba ng 2nd at 3rd box kapag nilipat mo ang channel nung ist bpx ah lilipat din channels ng ibang tv/box? sori medyo clueless po. thanks

Just got my cignal dish installed. Hintay na lang ng activation. So for now puro channel 5 lang. Hahaha.
Sana totoo na 24hrs lang and activated na. Gotta have my NBA HD fix  

Congrat bro for your Cingal sub!   Now your nightmare begins! If you're lucky you can get it activated within 24 hours. If unlucky it could take longer than 48 hours! Just be patient lang!  

My first box, Cignal's service was excellent but my second box, Cignal's one of the worst service I ever experienced....so you'll need lots of patience.

@pchin - Saturday na install yung dish, pero kahapon lang na-activate yung account ko. So for the past 5-6 days puro Willing Willie ang prime time ko. Hahaha. Pero when it was activated sulit naman. YUng NBA Premuim HD panalo!!! I was toggling between the SD broadcast of the Boston-Miami game and the HD and night and day and difference.

Now the challenge is ordering the Pacquiao-Margarito fight. Friday na and this Sunday na yun. Sana naman hindi ganun katagal and activation ng PPV. Kung hindi, sayang ang 550 pesos ko.

@owaj - Get the highest package na (Php1290) para lahat na ng channels with 9 HD (tama ba?). If 2nd and 3rd box installed independent siya sa 1st. Ang alam ko nangyayari lang yung pare-parehas channel is apg gamitan mo ng splitter (na ginagamit sa regular cable)  yung 1st box.

Oh I didn't see the date posted...o nga...whoa you waited 5-6 days for activation...so in my case it was consider lucky na that I waited less than 72 hours (3 days).  Hehe yeah while waiting the only free channel is 5 

My second box just activated last night & now I'm following up my Pacquio PPV. Cignal advises it shud activate within the day...alright..in time for the fight!

How's the PQ of SD channels? Is it better than SkyCable?

Haay Cignal,

Ganoon din s'min dito sa Bacolod. Had 2 HD subscriptions installed last Oct29. Hanggan ngayon channel 5 lang ang showing - maybe so we can see willie revillame (f%$#@) hehehe.

2weeks, not yet activated . Looks like manny p's fight will be missed....
