In my case, it's much better than Skycable. The signal is cleaner & clearer. As for PQ on SD it depends on the channels. Some are not so good but some are quite good.

ano na ba nangyayari sa activation ng Cignal nowadays,,, not like this 2 years ago, yung sa amin after a day activated na lahat... from good to worst na ata a...

6 months ago nong nagpainstall ako, bago umalis yong installer activated na agad. pero cignal customer service really sucks! ang hirap ng tumawag sa hotline nila wala pang nangyayari sa mga tawag mo. kung di ko pa escalate sa teamleader nila yong pacman ppv ko baka until tom di pa rin activated ppv ko.

question lang sa mga nakapag avail before ng hd ppv, hd ba talaga ang broadcast nila? kasi sa mga pinapalabas nila ngayon sa ch 70 na previous fights ni pacman puro sd lang. tia.

I have had Cignal HD since January 2010. I have had many problems, along with the reciever going bad. I have been trying to order the Pac Man fight for two weeks. After about 40 calls, where I was on hold for a long time and then getting the message that the phone was not attended. I finally got it today!I tried going into setup on the reciever today and typed in the pin 0000
I am getting the message .. Incorrect PIN please reenter
I never changed the pin.... Since it is impossible to get a hold of support
Can anyone help

Regarding the activation parang MO ata nila para mapa-taas an rating ng TV5. KAsi no choice ka kundi panooring ang mga shoes while waiting for the activation of your account. Hehehe.

So I waited 5-6 days for the activation on my subscription. Pero yung PPV naman within an hour activated na. Ready for the Pacman-Margarito fight tomorrow!!!

I did follow it up with the installer. But they said, its out of their hands and that cignal manila will call once they are to activate my units. I tried calling the number on their website but for a week, i could only get to the prompt all customer service reps are attending to other calls at the moment BS. I stayed on for 8-10 min at a time. It was only yesterday that I finally got thru - with one ring! shucks. Their trunk line may have been busted all this time 'xcept y'day.

So, even after getting thru with my call, as of this writing, NADA!

Good thing I did not discontinue my sky cable sub just yet, and went PPV via sky for the Pacquiao-Margarito fight (way to go Manny!)...

Napansin ko sa channel lineup nila parang walang UHF channels like ETC, and even non-UHF like JackTV. Not sure if pati studio 23 di kasama. Im using skycable right now. I'm hoping that the local channels will switch to HD soon.

Cignal customer service is indeed bad. Probably due to the recent surge in demand they can no longer cope with it.

Btw, for me it seems the best time to call them is early morning around 7am to 8am or after 11pm. Hope you'll get the activation soon. Good luck bro.
