Anyone else experiencing pixelated reception in Taguig? My box reset and then initialized. After that it came back but everything is pixelated. Don't know how to manually turn it off and let it go into an initialization mode again.

mga sirs, ask ko lang kung ano ang requirements sa pag setup ng cignal stb to lcd monitor.

kakakabit lang kasi ng cignal ko kanina, ang meron ako ay lcd monitor na may DVI in. Bumili ako ng hdmi-to-dvi adapter. Then kinabit ko yung cignal stb using the hdmi cable. Pero ayun, blanko ang screen ko.

Pwede po ba talaga yung cignal stb sa led monitor lang (hindi tv)? Isip ko naman baka sira lang yung cable o adapter.

2. Check if the monitor supports the output resolution and refresh rate set on the box

Yup, did this exactly. Unplugged it from the main source (actually lahat ng gears patay from the main source).Taps turn it on after 5 mins and balik sa dating crisp broadcast and NBA HD!

I notice when I'm watching some of the HD channels (e.g. HBO HD), the Right audio is louder & clearer than the Left audio. In other words, the audio isn't balance. When I tested SD channels they are working fine naman. Is there anyone having the same problem?

*I'm using HDMI cable from the Cignal box & connect to my AV receiver.

Try to call their hotline. Nakapag inquire last sunday sa kanila eh pwede ka na ring magsubsribe dun. Yung mga requirements pwede naman daw fax or scanned and send to their mail.

me too.  there are instances where the dialog seems to be coming from the left or right channel rather than the center.  Nung PPV ni Paquiao-Margarito ganun, sa left channel lumalabas yung commentary.

Also, hindi equal yung channel volume. usually ang hina ng volume sa SD channels compared to HD ones.

i switched from prepaid 1290 to postpaid by just sending scanned copy of the requirements including the signed lock-in agreement thru email. i got a reply that they will process the conversion and they will send me a new account number

Same here. I thought my AVR wasn't set up properly so I had to switch form one preset output to another just to balance the audio. Hope they fix the audio signals.

Bumababa ang signal strength to 0 and signal quality  is close to 0.

Yes sir. AOC LED monitor ang gamit ko - AOC e2236vw. HDCP compliant naman siya. Saka full HD naman din siya. I have tried other brands, ok naman yung cignal sa same setup.

So far so good in Taguig area. Is your signal still on & off? Hope it's just a temporary hiccup.

check your signal strength, if low try to move your disc to the left or right, a little up or down til you get the best signal and tighten the screws.

with regards to post paid plan,

if you lease the box, you are still going to just pay 1290/mo?  or you need to pre-pay for 24mos ahead?

if you purchase the box, then you are going to also just pay 1290/mo.

update:  saw the fine print, 24 mos lock in period for the lease plan.

1290 is the plan, you don't have to prepay for 24 months, lock in period lang (like what globe and smart applies to their new post paid subscribers  ..

cash out is only for the installation of 1k and advance 1 month of 1290.. so thats 2290 plus pang meryenda,
