sometimes dialogue comes from the surrounds..

Same here. I'm using HDMI & e.g. HBO HD channel is bad. The I tried Optical cable, it sounds better but very LOUD & causing some hiccups to my AVR so I switched it back to HDMI cable.

Other channels aren't that bad.

more than a week na sira yung box namin. una nawala hd channels, ngayon pati sd channels pixelated na!
wala pa rin pumumupuntang magaayos!

in fairness madali na maka contact sa cignal to register complaints, bagal lang kumilos...

the weird thing is 0 ang signal strength, maski na meron pa akong sd channels. i guess sira yung box kasi imposible 0 ang signal pero meron napapanood. cignal has called me several times to check kung meron na pumuntang tech, they told me na ilan bese na nila na follow-up sa designated tech ng area namin. kung sino man yun sana palitan na nila.

yeah that's weird... but HD is very sensitive, a low drop in strength will render a blackout...

napansin ko for the past few days parang mas crisp na ang broadcast ng aming destiny cable kesa sa cignal

inobserve ko switching from TV input (Destiny) to HDMI input (Cignal HD) mas bright ang color ni Cignal pero mas refined ang sa Destiny

parang may ghosting sa cignal..

Hi! I'm having a problem with my Cignal Plan 990. My tv is LG 32lh70 1080p. When I press the MENU button on the remote, the picture on the small preview screen on the upper left side is very clear. It is really digital quality. However, when I return to the full screen mode, the picture becomes cloudy, blurry, and certainly not digital quality. I switched to my local cable and atenna. The pictures from those 2 non-digital sources are way better than that of Cignal. Anyone has the same problem? Please help me. Thanks!

what particular channel?

this is true to SD channels, please note that SD channels are still DVD like quality. it will still look blurry even on 32" if you do not observe MVD.

It happens to all channels including HD. History and HBO are not even HD quality. I am referring to the full screen. But when they are in the small screen preview mode, all channels are very clear. Sorry, may I know what MVD is? Thanks!

@rmarceo: MVD is minimum viewing distance. if it happens on HD channels something is wrong with your setup. on my Panny 42x20 ALL are okay especially HD channels

My MVD is okay but still no improvement in quality. I tried changing settings of both my LCD and STB but nothing happened. I'm thinking that there may be something wrong with the STB because my signal is okay and the picture on the small preview screen is very good.

curious lang ako, ano nakasulat sa billing nyo?

coz lumalabas sa billing ko auto debit parin sya every month ng 1299 e, takot ko baka pagdating ng 13th month di nila i apply yung free.
