Thanks sa mga sumagot!

Ok na yung Cignal Subscription namin. Nag apply ako nung Friday Lastweek, nakabit nung martes tapos na activate nung Thursday ng umaga... Mabilis lang basta sa territory partner muna ang contact at mabait ka naman makipag usap haha.

Nung naactivate, nagsubscribe agad ako sa PPV for May 8. After a few hours activated na ang 2 HD Box!!! So far so good. Sana more channels pa na magaganda pero ok na ok ang HD Channels!!!

i wish yung HD PPV is same as last fight... NO BANNER ADS sa screen unlike yung sa SD na coing from Solar Access. halos half na lang ng screen ang viewable dahil sa mga ads eh.

So far maganda ang signal ng Cignal. I was able to watch at a friends house. In Barangay Holy Spirit Quezon City. Even with a little rain crystal clear pa rin yung picture and sound. no black outs what so ever. Safe to say great performance. I will give Cignal a call tomorrow to have my tv installed too.

This is peak season esp when everyone is rushing in. Expect the worst: phone ringing but no answer, line always busy, no respond from Cignal's customer service, slow installation sked, long waiting time, etc $:-\$

yes, it is getting busy nowadays.
our installations has doubled already, expect to get into full swing by next week.

Yup. What's their closing time 11pm? Previously I called one hour before closing & most of the time it's clear cos I guess fewer people calling at late night.

at least they have added CS line also... but still, come finish line it will still be congested.
for the record, our PPV activation requests are being attended properly, they have dedicated CS for the PPV.
All subs for activation are being checked for updated payments and if not they are being called upon by CSR to settle first payment prior activation of your PPV.

we are now requesting activation @ 20-30 subs/day... getting higher everyday.
will stop accepting 3 days before the fight to avoid stress of fuming subs wanting to activate their PPV.

alam nyo naman Pinoy, kung kelan oras na.. dun naman pa activate yan

Question to other Cignal subscribers. Is your HBO HD also locked? Weird, when I was channel surfing after the MIA-BOS game and got to HBO HD, it says I gotta subscribe for that channel. Last night it was still working and I was watching Spartacus. What gives?

Ya bro napansin ko din kanina naka locked yung HBOHD kaninang madaling araw. Dont know kung nakalock pa siya ngayon. Then may napansin din ako sa NBA Premium HD while watching MEM-OKC game knina nag freeze siya about 3 times ilinipat ko sa BTV ongoing na 3rd quarter sa NBA Premium naka freeze pa rin. kaya restart ko digibox then ok naman na

We experience the same thing from time to time. I think however it is not that there isn't any signal from the satellite but rather the box has issues. So far we just turn the box off then turn it back on again, and the problem goes away.

We also noticed that the dish is very sensitive to the wind. Originally, I stuck to the old antenna saying "height is might". This may still be true but there is no point in having height if you aren't aimed. So I'm glad I did not insist that the installation guys attach it to our roof but instead let them do as they recommended and put it on the side of our house.

I've read that some are calling up Cignal and getting stabbed with their P500 visitation fee ... but I'll not get into the gripes on this. I just want to mention that if your dish get misaligned it is actually possible for you to realign it yourself. You can do this using the signal strength indicator in the setup screen of the box. All you need to do is to adjust the dish so the reading is maximum. Before you touch the dish however I suggest you take an ink marker and put marks where it presently adjusted, this would be best done when it is installed the first time. However if it is already misaligned, putting marks is still a good idea if the misalignment is only slight. The marks serve the purpose of being able to find the "last known good adjustment".
