So far, all prepaid accounts are still active even if it was not loaded for more than 6 months.
But, since it is like a sim card network based, it should have an expiry date in order to remain active.

1. if outright purchase, un cignal kit warranty is only 6mnths, right?
2. for lease, how long ang warranty ng kit?
3. among all kit, w/c one un madali masira aside sa remote? and how much it cost if to be replaced?

Outright purchase kit warranty is 6 months.
Lease unit is warrantied as long as within lease period.
Remote will be the common defect, while LNB comes second and the unit itself if due to manufacturing defect.

Pero notice ko lng sa mga sd channels lalo na gma,abs,11, studio 23.. panget ng quality.. prng mas mgnda pa ung quality ng picture kpag nka crt TV. Is it on the tv ksi HD sya so png HD cHANNELS lng? kia nmn pnuorin pero pnget lng tlga ksi pixelated ata msdyo. baka sir nasanay na lang tayo sa ganda ng HD channels. plasma as more decent PQ for non HD contents.

there is a factor kasi... the bigger factor.. how big was your CRT? how big is your LCD?..

and its true.. CRT's will always look better than LCD in SD... because thats what theyre built to broadcast...

just as Flat panels will always be better than CRT in HD broadcast.. for the same reason above.

Mga sirs gud am!

Nag-avail ako ng plan 590 at naikabit naman ng maayos ang kaso yung Cignal HD kit ko eh sobrang init kahit na naka stand-by mode lang sya. Ang pagkaalam ko pag nakastand-by eh dapat hindi ganon kainit kasi consider sya as off kasi konting part lang ang gumagana eh.

Dapat ko bang ireklamo ito at sabhin na palitan ang unit?
Kung dapat ireklamo kaso hindi pumayag ang taga cignal napalitan ang unit eh pwede ko bang ireklamo ito sa DTI?

I believe normal yan ser, yun din na observe namin sa lahat ng Pace HD box.

kasi, pinaliit nila components at halos i shirnk nila pati packaging.
mismong casing ng box nila parang heat sink na

sabi nga nila, if aint broke... don't fix it
ayus naman so far mga box, mababa ang return rate nila.

Tanong lang bakit ang SD reception ng channel 2, studio 23, gma7, gmanews tv hindi ganon kalinaw? Pero yung tv5 and the rest ok naman ang reception.
