For those with more than 1 box (main box updated), suggestion ng Cignal for the second box is to replace it temporarily with the main box in order to proceed with the upgrade. Can anyone verify this procedure?

that's exactly the procedure of cignal na downloadable sa website nila. ang definition kasi ng main box is the one powering the lnb. to summarize cignal procedure, ginagawa mong main box yong every stb at a time. and the best way to do it is just leave only the box for update (which is your current main box) plugged and the other boxes unplugged.

ganito yun ginawa ko ng hindi nag update yun 2nd box ko. naka unplug yun main box tapos yun 2nd box naka on yun LNB tapos iniwan ko lang naka standby pag balik ko naka update na.

Meron pumunta sa house na nag upgrade ng box namin without me calling them. Na dedetect ata nila yung mga box na hindi pa upgraded kase only 2 out of the 3 box that we have in our house ang na-update. :)

would you know sir if the free PPV is in SD or HD? I can see in my PPV SD channel it now says PPV activated but PPV HD is blank

Pano po yong hard reset ng PACE STB? Nawala po yong mga HD channels namin for 4 days na, ang sabi po dapat i factory reset yong stb and then follow the settings provided. Sinubukan na po press na sabay yong Channel + and -, di naman po nag rereset yong stb...

Updated to 106 na po yong STBs.

@cyruss: while the unit is ON, press and hold ch+ and ch- at the same time, then a window will display and select properly afterwhich you will restart your STB.

There's this ticker currently running on CignalTV which says we need to leave the STBs on standby mode for 30 minutes to "ensure continued service". How will we know if we've complied, i.e., what changes under System Setup (if any) are we supposed to see? Tried to check the CignalTV website for additional info but I didn't see anything. Thanks.

Bakit po sir P4, ano problem? Naloaddan namin ang box namin ng 430 last night. Pero before the load, ganun na talaga ang display nila. Inakala lang namin na wla load kaya ganun ang display. Tapos naka-update pa yung stb namin kagabi. kasi dati nss11 tapos naging ses7 na. Need your information sir P4 on this, para lang maliwanagan kami. Thanks...

This is satellite based thus it can cover anywhere in the phils as long as you can point the dish to their satellite.

I believe smart card is okay as it is able to see my PPV is activatd. anyone who have idea?

your box/acct needs to be retracked, please call your area dealer or cignal direct , this is assuming your 1st box is okay and no unpaid bills.
