Technical problem due to distribution amplifier in Uplink per Cignal head ofc.
resolved 7pm last night.

reset your unit; unplug power and reconnect after 5 min.

Tried for more than 30 minutes and wala pa rin..

Guys, update lang dito if meron na kayong signal so alam natin if sira pa rin yung signal or may problem sa local connection.

FYI, using Pace sa Mindanao..

Thanks!

Dunno if it's just coincidence that 4 or so members here are having problem, or if it's an isolated problem affecting certain users lang since some members here, and other subs, never had signal interruptions..

Might call Cignal nalang, though I don't know how fast they can send in tech support. :(

Mine never had any problems but considerably slower when changing channels unlike before halos walang lag. Was there an update on the digibox?

5.     Go to “Settings”
6.     Plug in the RG6 cable
7.     Enter the PIN code (“0000”, “9998” or “9999”)
8.     Go to System Setup > Diagnostics

Called up Cignal, and they told me to unplug RG6 then hard reset, then press ok (they didn't mention about waiting for the technical problem error to come up). when I turned it on, I just got the STB starting up message. How do I get the tech error to prompt? They just told me to wait 24 hours (which I feel just meant call up again and bother another tech support guy).

Any advice?

PACE Box
1.     Unplug the RG6 cable at the back of the receiver
2.     Perform hard reset ( unplug and plug in the Cignal box)
3.     Wait for the technical problem error to prompt
4.     Press “ok” on the remote control
5.     Go to “Settings”
6.     Plug in the RG6 cable
7.     Enter the PIN code (“0000”, “9998” or “9999”)
8.     Go to System Setup > Diagnostics
9.     Check the current release number
10.  The version should be 106
11.  Press cancel/back, then select “Installation Setup”
12.  Select “Satellite Setup” then press “ok”
13.  Set the following:
a)    LNB Type: Dual
b)    Low Band and High Band LO Frequency: 09750 and 10600
c)     LNB Power: “ON” for the main box and “OFF” for the 2nd/3rd box)
14.  Select SES7-NE8 entry point and check signal parameters, then press OK
Finally got it to work by following the instructions, just a few notes that might help others out there:
1. I had to do factory reset (power + ch+) while RG6 was disconnected
2. For some reason, the factory default was not SES7-NE8 (NSS11 I think), and it was working before

Now, while writing this up, had signal for a couple of minutes, then suddenly nothing again (no signal). Might try other entry points (and see if there's a problem with my wire connection). :(

edit: Now, I tried going back to NSS11 and I have a signal level of 206, but can't continue (also, padlock symbol is black, not white). Will try checking out other settings..
