I have a question about cignal, their hd channels are advertised as dolby 5.1 yet when connected to my receiver the output is dolby alright but it is not true 5.1 or surround.
it is flagged as matrix or the same sound and dialogue comes out in all 5 speakers, that is not true dolby 5.1 please clarify thanks!

yes, with install fee plus satellite splitter ... in our area we do not give box only.
we do the install due to warranty coverage.

As Cignal care advise my technical daw pupunta sa hauz nmin dahil hindi ma up un missing channel ko? un tanong ko po TP ba ito o mismo Cignal Technical support nila?

Yes, they have third party contractor who handles technical servicing.

they are simply tasked to go to your place and they dont know what to do

worst is, they charge higher than the TP.
so, call your dealer instead once your 6 months workmanship warranty lapses.

you will need to fill up a new SAF

usually 2-3 days after installation, activated na, sometimes faster.

1-2 days ang activation. kung gusto mo maaga ka magpakabit 9am para pagsapit ng 5pm activated na. usually kung hapon ka magpakabit, the next day na yan maactivate.

normal ba talaga ma cutoff ang transmission sa cignal pag malakas yung ulan? well if not normal is there anything we can do about it? lasnyt nanood kami na previously recorded na spurs vs. warriors sa NBA premium HD then suddenly na cutoff yung transmission sa cignal due to heavy rainfall and we are really piss off at that moment, eh..akalain mo we're in the middle of final minutes of double overtime of the game. bummer!!!!!!

sa area ko nga maulap lang wala na signal...2x na nanyari sakin sa start ng live f1 race bad trip!

make sure your installer gets the highest achievable signal quality to minimize rain fade interruption.
insist on high negative BER rate.

Any help from this, I'm clueless. Full signal but the quality ranges from 60-80. Some HD channels are pixelated during fast frames. Using DeVant 32in LCD and 720p resolution.

Hope someone can shed light on the matter. Many thanks!

before the Satellite upgrade last Nov. 60-80 quality range is ideal using the prime SD box which is used for measuring signal quality.
however, when they changed to new satellite it went to 100 and over.

so, the only indicator left is that it should reach the highest possible attainable signal quality on a clear sky.
unless, you have a digital satellite meter that gives accurate reading.

@pentium: just want to ask, kasi sometimes ung schedule guide is inaccurate. mali ung time and sometimes walang guide ung ibang channel. anong pwdeng gawin dun?
