Update: after filling out the online subscription form, it turns out that i was suppossed to receive an actual application form via email which i never received until this afternoon, onlyu after calling the hotline to confirm my application.

So i was suppossed to fill up the application form and then send it back to them via fax or email (redundant considering nag online application form na ako) along with other supporting documents.

at this point, what i did was i went another route --- i called one of the territory partners. they were very helpful. at least i can course all actual hard copies of all the paperwork through them instead of emailing/faxing. Expecting them to come tomorrow between 2 to 4 pm.

As expected, the installers came at 3pm to set everything up and get all the required paperwork. They said it should be activated within 24 to 48 hrs. Sana makahabol for the weekend.

mga sir, ask ko lang po kung naka experience po kayo ng parang nag loloko ang MTV HD? kasi samin I think every 5 mins nag la-lag or something hindi normal po eh. medyo matagal na din tong problem na to. sa MTV HD lang naman po eh the rest ay okay naman po. salamat! PLAN 1590 HD po.

I notice that the stb remains warm to the touch even when in standby mode. Do you guys unplug yours when not in use?

Standby & Power on halos parehas lang ang nacoconsume na power.

Battery replacement lang pala. Thanks for the advice pentium. I will take note of that. Customer service seems to have improved. I had been calling for the past few days to settle some confusion on my bill and so far, i have not had a single call where I waited in line to talk to a customer service rep. They have also been very helpful and actually delivers what they promised within the time frame they have communicated. Sana parating ganito.

Yesterday, on my way home from Eastwood to Moonwalk Paranaque, I took the Citylink bus which passes through Libis to C5 all the way to Villamor Airbase. When youre at the Market-Market Side of C5, if you look to the right, youd see a whole bunch of houses (not sure kung illegal settlers or slightly underdeveloped housing units) na puro may Cignal Dishes. Nakakatawa din yung mga location/placement and how the Dishes were mounted sa residences nila. I said to myself that i really believe Cignal when they say they have more than 500,000 subscribers.

Same lang gamit ng cignal and other cable company na cable. For me mas ok ang cignal mga PPV mura and ang daming HD channel. NB premium kasama sa plans 590 above ata ang skycable sa dual def nila seperate ang NBA premium.

Doc Jun, gamit ko sa house is Sky Dual-def ok naman except nawala yung Discovery Channel & Bio. Yes additional yung NBA Channel sa Sky. Mayron feature yung Sky na I-record don't know if mayron din ang Cignal niyan. Yung Dad ko Cignal ang gamit niya and yes kasama sa standard package yung NBA. Aliw nga ako dun sa NBA Channel kasi yung commercial niya is not local. Also, everytime I visit him wala pa ako experience na nawala signal even if umuulan. PQ seems the same lang for both provider.

By the way, in terms of customer service sobra ako hirap sa Sky as in grabe. No experience sa Cignal but one time na need ko help si Pentium4 assisted me and flawless naman. This was when I need to get PPV for my dad sa boxing and at that time parang ilang araw na lang fight night na.

ok yung NatGeo HD(Channel 166) sa Sky different yung palabas sa NatGeo (Channel 41) yung Discovery fan din ako nito but additional ito sa Sky. Not sure sa Cignal kasi yung sa Dad ko is yung basic plan lang

Kung documentary po ang hilig, medyo costly ang Cignal.. Nasa plan 1290 kasi yung discovery hd at nat geo hd.. Nasa plan 790 ako and ang mga docu channels lang na meron is nat geo sd, nat geo wild sd, discovery sd, nat geo adventure hd at history hd..
