hindi na talaga mapakinabangan ang fox sports HD pati pala ang SD problema din, cignal haven't u raise this concern to your provider? sino ba talaga dito taga cignal? perhaps the TS of this thread is from cignal?

Yes we must raise these situation, as if we lose 1 good HD channel, it's quite disturbing when it loses its signal. Also it airs good NBA games as well and we can't enjoy it because of that

Is ESPN HD before having an NBA game telecast? I'm just a new subscriber on cignal and ESPN HD was already Fox Sports Plus HD when I subscribe. I've learned that only the Fox Sports SD is the one airing NBA games and it's quite disappointing that we can't watch NBA on ESPN in HD anymore.

Hi , balak ko po sana mag apply pra sa 590 prepaid plan ng cignal, problema ko lng almost 3 months na lng ang contract nmin sa apartment nmin and balak nmin lumipat, pwde po ba ko mag pa assisst sa cignal ng relocation nung satellite dish nila?

Yes... pero alam ko they have fees for that. nasa 1000-2000 bucks yata yun eh. better ask yung retail na malapit sa inyo mo or cignal themselves.

Kahit saan sir, pare parehas lang ang clarity nyan so long as you have an unobstructed line of site to the satellite from your dish. At nasa sipag ng installers mo mag properly align ng dish mo to make sure that you get a good signal.

send an email to cignal lastweek - [email protected]
status : no reply so far
a very disappointed subscriber once my contract 1590php expires this coming january i will transfer to skycable.

Same here. Our subscription already ended. Will replace it with skycable

I'm very disappointed with the reply of cignal care regarding this matter, they told me that it was an error on the set top box connection to the tv and give me instructions. What is that its clearly they did not know what are they telling, how come it was a problem on the set top box connection when the fox sports is just the problem

2
Wait for 15 seconds and plug it back to the wall socket
3
STB should automatically power back on*

Not yet, only added on Lyngsat, I hope these channels will be added to cignal line-up before the end of this year

this drives me nuts when watching live F1...change channel tuloy sa star sports SD or pagminalas talaga...pati SD channel wala...

madalas wala ako signal pag:
mahangin
maulap
maambon
maulan

cant switch to anything else as of the moment, wala pa 'linya' ng wired cable sa area namin(new/being developed subdivision kasi)

ditched my dream satellite cable for cignal, especially for F1 in HD...buti pa dream ganda ng signal reception kahit bumabagyo...well SD nga lang

sir newbie here... ask ko lang kung how much usually yung installation fee sa Cignal?nagapply ako ng cignal sa western at nag advance ako 1 month for plan 590. sabi kasi ng staff don yung magiinstall daw mas nakakaalam. since nakita ko sa website nila minimun 1k, mga how much kaya lahat lahat?antay ko pa kung kelan nila kakabit para mapaghandaan ko na. 1 tv lang kame and bungalow house lang. para atleast hindi ako tagain ng installer since may nagsabi sakin nag eextra charge sila kahit wala dinagdag..TIA

Wala ba silang promo ngayon? Minsan may promo sila na free installation. Make sure you measure the cable to be used since this is where the extra charges come.

@tifosi_pao: your satellite dish needs fine tuning... hindi yan normal behaviour ng Cignal. kahit nga me bagyo meron pa rin palabas.

@ckzzrn: if you availed thru western appliance: you have 1000 discount on installation. normally they charge 1500 so, you will be paying just 500 upon installation. free coax cable is up to 15m. after that they charge 12.50-15 pesos per meter.

Kelan kaya lilitaw yung pacquiao banner sa PPV channel? I already registered pero got no reply confirmation from them. Gusto ko kse makuha yung early bird promo price :-).

Pareho tayo sir, naka register na ako pero channel is blocked parin, paano natin malaman if naka avail tayo sa early bird promo?

^ tumawag ako di na ako makatiis. Ayun, at least na register manu-mano yung pacquiao subscription ko. Kse daw sa 21 pa daw maa-activate yung channel. I told them to sana email acknowledge yung mga nag subscribe online. Take note daw nila.
Also, yung operator, di lumilitaw sa account natin sa computer kung nag avail nga tayo online. Parang sa ibang division napupunta yung online subscription.

I strongly suggest you call them para mas official and on record yung subscription para ma avail P500 rate.
Also dapat walang balance account mo. In my case me debit pa ako.
